Return of faulty product
Swegway board broken down and rang to sort out a refund. While the product we received may not have been to expectation, the return process (and hopefully refund to follow) was dealt with very well. Person who took the call was efficient, polite and apologetic that we had experienced a problem. He sorted out a pre-paid return while I was on the phone and made sure the email was in my inbox before the end of the call. Well done. Good service.
Don't deal with this company
We bought a swegway for our sons birthday. Needed returned 3 times within 6 months. Company a nightmare to deal with. On third return they said I'd need to pay shipping costs and half of repair costs. Swegway was hardly used. Very stressful experience overall and they couldn't care less once they'd got your money. Avoid!!

Avoid this company like the plague!!
We ordered a swegway from this company on the 4th July after a week we didn't receive anything so I called them to be told the White swegway was out of stock, (nice of them to contact us to let us know) after several phone calls (at least 7) to them eventually they sent out a blue swegway which we charged by the instructions, turned it on and within 2 minutes it was out of charge! A faulty swegway!!! Really disappointed as this was for a birthday present for my 11 year old daughter! We decided that we had enough and we would send it back, again after constant phone calls they eventually arranged for it to be collected ( we had to pay £20 to have it sent back to them) as u can imagine it was a nightmare getting our money back! And here we are 3 months on and we have finally got all our money back! This company is an absolute joke, when you are spending the best part of £300 you expect much better! Before you order from them think is it worth the stress, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!!!!

Great product, mediocre instructions.
Instructions very basic with no diagrams or even indication on where on/off switch located. Bluetooth application poorly described.
My son used you tube to instruct himself. Hence 3 out of 5.
Product is very good, shame about the instructions.

Delayed Delivery
Ordered a swegway for my sons birthday, order was processed etc. Day passed when the swegway should have been delivered so I emailed only to be told they did not have them in stock due to an 'inventory' problem. Promised to have in stock by the Friday and delivery Saturday, that never happened.
Eventually received a swegway from them two weeks after the initial order, and not the one I originally wanted as I couldn't wait any longer being my sons birthday.

Incompetent and disappointing service!
Paid £10 for delivery in 3 days which I thought was a bit steep but I required it for my daughters birthday the following weekend so had to pay it.. A week later no Swegway had arrived birthday done and daughter very disappointed! Emailed the company to see where the Swegway was and what was happening to be told they had seen my order but not processed it! Even though they took my money! The Swegway had actually gone out of stock but no one thought to contact me! They then offered next day delivery in a different colour and refunded my £10! I think this is a poor offer for s poor service. Hopefully the Segway will operate better than the company.

It didn't arrive until I chased it 2 weeks later.
Ordered it but it didn't arrive. E mailed 4 times to query, no reply. Rang the phone number daily and just got a recorded message, despite money being taken from my bank. Rang a different No from internet and got through. It was apparently a staff error and i was promised the swegway would arrive a week later with a free case as an apology. No case arrived. ...one tearful 12 year old to deal with. 😂 however the staff member who finally got me my purchase was very efficient and excellent customer care (except 4 the free case never arriving).

Disappointed!
Having spent many hours looking at different websites for a Swegway for my daughters birthday I kept returning to this site as I was worried that a 'copy' could be a bit risky.
My daughter wanted a black 8" with bluetooth(yes, the most expensive!).
We couldn't get a black one so we opted for a white with black which she was very happy with. When I ordered the Swegway it stated the item was in stock. The following day I received an email to say delivery would be between 5-7 days. All the other websites had stated that delivery was Free and within 48 hrs so I didn't think to check. Unfortunately the Swegway wouldn't be arriving on time so I contacted Swegway who told me the item wasn't due in stock until the following week!! I wasn't happy with this but persevered as my daughter was so excited however this soon turned to disappointment when I told her it would not be here for her birthday. Unfortunately when it did arrive it was not the colours she had asked for, instead of the white with black it was white with red. In my opinion for £384 it looks very tacky!!
We discussed sending it back however she would have had to wait for some time for it to be replaced.
So, overall, not very impressed! For an awful lot of money I have not got the product I ordered and the company were quick to take my money when the item wasn't even in stock!

Bought our daughter a Swegway from the Sheffield store. Tried them all out and all of the family had great fun on the boards. We ended up purchasing another a few weeks later for a friend of ours. Great friendly staff and excellent service!
