Went to ultimate outdoors today to buy some walking sandals for a upcoming trip to New Zealand. -an out of season product so no sandals on display
Spoke to Jason ,a friendly and helpful member of staff who asked what I was looking for size style etc He then went upstairs into stock storage and quickly found what I was looking for. Great efficient service . I’m pleased with sandals

Brilliant service at 11am on a Saturday
Brilliant service - knowledgeable staff who were efficient and knew their products. Answered my questions, processed my refund and exchanged as required and provided advise. Well stocked spacious store. Older guy (grey hair) was very personable and told me he used to visit local schools to talk about the D of E award scheme. Malcom asked me to post this review - well done Chelmsford!
