Helpful staff
Partner needed some new walking boots for his charity walk up snowdon at night in a week and a half’s time as his current walking boots were making the soles of his feet sore. Tina assisted him, pointing out which walking boots would be the best for the task. Tina was knowledgeable and helpful. So far no issue with the new boots. Helpful staff at the till too.

We were served by Tina. She was so knowledgeable we were really impressed. In fact we managed to buy all our Alaska outdoor clothing for my wife and I within 30 minutes of arrival. If you need pro advice for outdoor weather, go to this store. 10 out of 10 well done a great customer service.

Had a great experience today
Had a great experience today. Was served by Jeremy who could not have been more helpful and friendly. He was able to recommend exactly what we needed and gave great advice. He even spotted that I had picked the wrong plug adapter. I'm sorry that I was unable to get the other lady who was servings name, but she was friendly and helpful too.
I normally don't bother with reviews so it just shows how good the service was here today.

I bought a pair of boots from the Chelmsford store today. I was served by Gavin who was extremely unhelpful, miserable and resented me for asking a question. I was then served on the till by Jonny/Jeremy who was the most helpful store assistant I have ever met, full of life and engaged in conversation with me. The complete opposite of Gavin. This store has everything you could need for a camping trip and it's all very well laid out. There's loads of discounts which is really great and I also appreciate being able to get scout leader discount here on top!
Every team member I spoke to was super helpful and I was able to find everything I needed (in fact I bought more than what was on my list because it was all so tempting).

Always a great experience shopping here. Today we had lots of help and advice from Dominic with buying walking boots - nothing was too much trouble and was able to point us to products more suited to foot shape. Jeremy then assisted us with choosing and fitting a rucksack and gave advice on other products we needed for DofE. Thank you so much to both of you!
The staff here really go out of their way to help, are enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend - we will be back.
