The case fits perfect and looks really good! however the case makes it a bit hard to use my power/ volume buttons. other than that, it’s a 10/10!! ❤️

Eventually I’ll start posting some of my wardrobes with your material. But the material for your shirts, sweatshirts, sweaters, and long-sleeves are great. At first I was a bit skeptical until my first order arrived. I throughly check the shirt out and was surprised on how well made it was. Bought so much already, shipping usually takes about 1-2 weeks.
I haven't run into any issues with my 4 orders (about 20 items so far).
The Print is good altough some look a tiny bit rubbed off, I believe this is by design though and I like the style of it.
Overall Quality and comfort is top, the
price is a bit high tough, you pay for the design, without that you would probably spend 25-50% less.
You should only wash all of there stuff at 30 degrees Celsius with the inside flipped out.
After like 20-25 washings the first print starts to slowly get off the black shirts, white ones can withstand more.

This company has stellar customer service, original artwork for the unique clothing brand that is Umai. Very satisfied with the quality of clothing as well.

I had been buying their clothing for about a year now. My favorite design out of all of them is the Ongaku MK2 design. They have also had many different brands for their clothing and so far, i think they hit the spot with this one. I have never had issues with the designs wearing off. and yes depending where you live and what you buy, it can take long to ship. So far, i havent had any issues with shipping. The only problem ive had was one of my crewnecks getting all fuzzy, but that was last september. The crewnecks they have now don't have that problem anymore. Also make sure to wash anything you buy here or anywhere else that has a design properly because some people don't know how to wash clothes and that's why the design gets faded or starts wearing off.

It really isn’t as bad as the 1 star review say. The shipping time takes a little long but honestly the clothes feel good and are sturdy only thing I don’t like is that if you don’t wash or dry it properly the design could wash off or scrape if you get a black colored shirt. But I’ve gotten into a habit of turning it inside out any instructions are on the inside of the shirt. They have started to really grow and I would suggest them it’s a independent business ran by like 2 people. 4.5/5 but I can’t so I just gave a 5.

Long time shipping, acceptable print quality, nice art, good community behind it (Twitch, Discord), decent sales.
Wont buy again, because Paypal currency changing rates suck and it takes long to arrive.

Bought clothes from UMAI multiple times now and everytime has been great and the t-shirts and hoodies stay in great condition if you follow proper washing instructions. Even when I had my package go missing due to covid mishaps the support team was fast to help me out and sent out a replacement which I received very quickly. I will continue to shop at UMAI as they offer beautiful designs and good quality at a reasonable price.

Ordered 4 t-shirts, got them 14 days before the expected date of delivery. The clothing is extremely comfortable and the prints are long-lasting, if washed as instructed. Will shop with Umai again soon.
