the print rubs off , i have order 2 of umai " You Look Beautiful When You Cry" • Hoodies and every time the print rubs off . i was hanging out with my friends and i had my back against a wall outside and my homie notice the print had scratches and was obviously rubbing off . i had the same problem with the print again when i order a second one, same design and just by sitting in my car this time had the same problem. i own hoodies from Animebae as well and i have place my back on that same wall and the print is still looking perfect. its pretty obvious that the quality is not the best for the prices . the print needs to be stronger or coated so it doesn't do this . i love the art from the creator DHJS_ 0010 of umai but the quality of the print is not worth it SADLY . ngl tho the hoodie material feels nice and soft and true to size . i did buy this piece when it dropped. i have only wash them once after wearing it and noticing this issue .

I ordered a shirt, which took awfully long to get shipped to me (1,5 months from the US to Germany). It was a custom printed Champion Tee and the quality of it is good, based on the labels i still would think it's fake. Even worse, the print quality is really bad. I've washed it once so far, but it looks like the print would wash of after a few times. Also, 35$ for a real Champion Tee with print and all doesn't semm like a real price. Wouldn't shop here, it's not a good shop (dropshipping from printful . com ).

Take care when purchasing.

Purchased the wrong size sweater, messaged the support team. They took two days to respond a one line "we can't do anything" and were rude in their replies. I got in contact with their CEO Ryan and he said he would be happy to help and assist by covering the cost of return shipping. One week of no reply. Finally notified me of a return shipping address. I returned the clothing and Ryan personally refunded the full amout of the clothing and the return shipping. Whole process occured over three weeks. Overall, customer service needs to be improved.

First time purchase. I ordered 2 large hoodies and 1 small crewneck sweatshirt. Two days after placing my order I received an email telling me my package was ready to go with a tracking number (March 2). March 6th I received my package including everything that I ordered, correct sizing and correct clothing.
Materials are soft and warm. The design is nice and quality. I'm sure if you follow the care instructions the design will last long.

Overall summary:
Quality items and fast shipment. Will purchase from again. Would recommend

Prints are great and are holding up quite well in Australian conditions, last item purchased was a special request and ended up being a 4 day turnaround to Australia.
Anniversary drop was a 5 day turnaround.

The staff are excellent, I cannot fault the print quality on my stickers or posters, the clothing prints hold up really well if you follow the care instructions.

The print is well done and the hoodie is very comfortable and warm. Customer service is good, issues have been handled well. 10/10 would reccomend :)

Sent me the incorrect color and size and claimed that all orders were final. Terrible shopify scam store, highly recommend you avoid them at all costs.

Took forever to arrive and awful print quality. Do not buy

Size chart was innacurate and would refuse to exchange for a larger size. Clothing material was rough and uncomfortable and seemed like something you would get for a few dollars.

Great customer service, its really good designs and i love the store, found them on instagram ads and it all caught my eyes

Ordered a shirt and was told it’d be delivered in 7 day, it came in 2 days early :). Looks just like the picture and fits great

I bought a phone case from there - it was delivered super fast (to Germany).
I’m super satisfied! The case is protective enough for the money and I’ve had it on my phone for at least a month and there’s no sign of the print wearing off. I love it and I will order from there again!

Arrived fast - shorter than 1 week (to Poland). T-shirt is good quality and good size. <3

Ordered two shirts from them two months ago. Was charged on my credit card but never got a tracking number and shirts never came. E-mailed support, no response. Super disappointed.

I have been ordering from Umai for about a year now and have never had an issue. They helped me with sizing and all of the questions I had for them and even threw in some stickers and case since the shipping took so long because of the COVID delays. The quality is absolutely amazing and the hoodies are very soft and comfortable as well.

I ordered something 20 days ago. Still hasn't shipped. I understand the current situation but this is too much. They still have my money

Ordered a size too small, so I contacted them for an exchange. I got an email back, and they replied to my emails in under 24 hrs. Process went really smoothly.

true to size (i ordered wrong), material/print feels good, fit is normal and not oversized or tight.

Nice and short review.
Bought a t-shirt from the company size Medium. T-shirt delivered was pretty late (before any covid lockdowns started happening) and a size small. Contacted the company via email to ask for an exchange, no reply. Forwarded that email directly to the company again, no reply.
Spoke to UMAI on instagram after seeing them comment on ads and they said they would send out a new t-shirt right away which was promising. However, when I asked for a tracking number and for more information they stopped replying to me after viewing the message.
Opened a paypal dispute, company still didn't reply. Paypal have sent me an offer to give me the full money back for the t-shirt however I have to pay for shipping to the USA which wasn't where the item was sent from and costs around half the price of the t-shirt. So either way, I'm out of money for something that I had 0 control over.
