A guaranteed service would cost extra, with Royal mail the 24 tracked / 48 tracked service are not guaranteed.
Unfortunately once goods have left our warehouse is therefore beyond our control if there are any delays.

Purchased some products that had to be returned. Zero replies to any emails regarding the process.
10 days after receiving the return, Underfloor Trade Supplies finally processed the return and deducted £40 from the £150 due to be refunded!
Very poor communications and kept my money.
Disgusting customer service.

Some small valves were missing
Some small valves were missing, made me mess around taking pictures and sending emails and waiting for a few days. Then kept telling me that I should have reported any problems within 48 hrs and trying to get rid of me. I had checked pallet for the number of boxes but not every last part in each box. They only sorted it out when I got stroppy on the phone.

After looking into this, it was discovered this was a manufacture issue as to why parts were missing so we acted on this straight away dispatching the missing parts to you. Which we hope you received ok and all resolved !!
