Clear advice led to a cheaper repair
I contacted the company for advice because I had a leaking Thermomix blending valve from Reliance. My plumber had recommended an expensive replacement which I think would have involved changing the primary pipework because the Thermomix valve is now obsolete. I got a quick reply with a different recommendation which was to try a service kit and a replacement headwork. I ordered these and my plumber used both to repair the existing valve. As far as I can tell, they did the trick at much less expense. So, many thanks to Underfloor Trade Supplies for helping me out.
