When I first spoke with these guys, I was very sceptical as I've spoken with other companies before and they weren't very helpful and I didn't feel like they cared.

My case was dealt with by Ian and Ben and they are the most caring people I've ever spoken they. They are an asset to the company and I can't recommend them enough for anyone who is burying their heads like I did. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

I struggled to get my finances in order after a difficult few years after my partner and I split..
I tried to address it but found ignoring it was easier and stupidly thought my issues would not be there in the morning but woke up most days to find they were.
Then I heard about United insolvency...
it took a few days to pluck up the courage to face my financial turmoil.. with anticipation I rang thinking they would not be able to help as I saw no light at the end of the tunnel..
I spoke to a very kind gentleman who listened and understood my problems.
We’ve discussed my options moving forward and now I feel that there is light at the end of the tunnel..,

This was my first step in getting my finances in order. Was so nervous doing this I ignored the call a few times due to being embarrassed about getting myself into a situation that I needed help. I've been a single mum for 19 years (always been on top on my finances) but life cost of living unexpected expenses my finances soon got out of control. When I eventually took the call, I was greeted with a warm friendly voice this made me feel at ease straight away, I was never made to feel guilty/ashamed about my situation, they just listened and gave great advice and support. Today I made the decision to face up to my rising debts. I knew the call from Ian was coming but I was still debating ignoring it. I didnt I answered the call and spent an hour and a half being open and honest about my outgoings and incoming. Throughout the whole conversation Ian never judged, infact it was like chatting to a friend. I spoke briefly with Ben about my documents and he too was just as patient and understanding. Long story short they went through my options with me and we discussed which was best suited to me. The proposal for an IVA has been completed. I am confident that whatever the outcome these 2 complete strangers will help me and I can sleep easy tonight. Any questions you have they will answer (trust me I have sent a paragraph and got a call back to answer them all). You won't be disappointed, do it for you own piece of mind. I spoke to Ian very helpful gave me some good advice was patient and answered all my questions. Would recommend this service for anyone feeling worried about debt.

iv spent alday on the phone to ian who has gone out of his way to help me and not make me as stressed as iv been about my debts. his partner ben also helped aswell and im now feeling alot calmer and able to breath again. i would highly recommend giving these a call as they literally sort everything out for you.
