Been having help from these guys and they are amazing, particularly a gent named Ian, he has been brilliant, down to earth and very very easy to talk to about my issues, there is absolutely no judgement there and if it wasnt for Ian I would still be having issues ! But gladly hes helped me deal with everything! And I could not be more grateful !! United insolvency you have got an AMAZING employee there! Definitely deserves a raise or something! I am so delighted and over the moon, I have been dealt with, Benjamin and Ian who is so marvellous. They were so patient with me and they have been there from the beginning to the end, even when it move through the ptactioneer, they have reassure me positively. I had a baliff on my case and was so afaird to park my car because they had threatend me to take my car. These two guys have given me hope and a lot of reassurance to make me have a normal day as usual. I came to united insolvency a few months ago and can not thank them enough for the help and support that was given to me by Ben and Ian.Even when things took longer than expected they still kept in touch, supported me and put my mind at ease.
Even now when everything is resolved they still made sure I was happy with everything and offered additional support when they didn’t need to.

If you have debt problems, do not hesitate to give these a call, what an absolute God send they have been for me. I was literally suicidal and now because of the help of ian and ben, 90% of them have gone, what a top firm and amazing staff, full credit to them 👍

i was accepted for a IVA today and was shocked i thought the only route was Bankrupt

My case was dealt with by Ian. I swear that man was sent from a much better place than the one we live in! He could not do enough to help me with my personal case. I was already eased the day before our arranged phone call through text messages and reading reviews. Ian was so understanding of my case and at no point judged me on my financial position, he made it clear right from the first hello that he was committed to helping me find the best solution.
I know Ian stayed way past his work hours on a few occasions to wait for me to finish work to have a conversation, keeping me up to date with everything going on and to check how I was... you don't get very many people like that these days! That is total dedication to the job!
Ian made me feel so at ease with everything, even when it was time to hand over to the practitioner. If I had a question, Ian was always on hand to answer, even if I felt it a bit silly to ask. It was never too much trouble for Ian to explain things once, twice, twenty times if need be. Even after a few weeks after everything being processed Ian checked in and asked how I was doing, it just made this journey a whole lot easier knowing a truly genuine, helpful and dedicated man was there to answer any questions.
If you find yourself in financial difficulty please don't put it off, I absolutely recommend using this company. It will be the best decision you make!

I was helped by Ian Loy during my application. Ian was absolutely amazing and explained everything to me clearly and professionally. I was very worried about starting this process but Ian talked me through it all and I quickly realised I was in safe hands. It is so reassuring to have him at the end of the phone knowing that if there’s anything at all I’m not sure about he will help me.
An IVA isn’t something I’m proud of having to take on but Ian has ensured that my experience has been the best thing for me in my current situation. Thank you Ian you’ve literally been a life saver.
