I buried my head in the sand and didn’t address my debts for over 4 years since splitting with my wife. I had money coming out my wages and regular bailiff visits, it was a mess! I was too proud and it really got me down. I got recommended by my work colleague Cathryn and I wish I did this earlier. United Insolvency has not just changed my finances, but my life. I can’t describe the feeling of being a free man financially, thanks to United Insolvency, what an excellent company to deal with!

What can I say...... I was fresh out of a very tricky, personal situation. I came across United insolvency by pure chance. I was soon put in touch with Ben, he was so helpful, constructive and really fought my corner on every issue. He didn't make me feel ashamed due to my situation, was honest with the type of solutions he had to offer and that would work. He was understanding and empathised so well. Constantly at the end of the phone. I can't thank him and the company enough for helping me with all these issues. I have been very lucky with my outcome, but wouldn't have got there without them. I Was so reluctant to call united insolvency. What I didn’t expect was the ease and understanding and professionalism.
Ian from start to finish was the most calming and understanding guy! Listened attentively and answered every little thing I asked. He explained everything three times over if not more as I’m a very anxious nervous person.

Ian and Ben have been fantastic .. it’s been more than a nervy time to say the least ... infanct making myself ill with worry ! But these chaps where allways on hand dropping texts asking how things where going etc .. I couldn’t say enough for the service I’ve received .. restored my faith in humanity a bit !! After panicking for a few days about my debt I spoke to Ben. I suffer with a few mental health issues and these type of phone calls can be quite daunting and confusing but Ben explained everything to me and was very helpful and understanding. He has excellent phone manor and really took all my worries away. Thankyou

I have had an amazing experience. Ben and Ian guided me throughout the whole process and I've never felt insecure or unsure of anything. They were always in contact with me and they made me feel confident about my decision. They treated me with respect and kindness and I felt I could trust them with everything. Ian could not help me with my situation at present but he did go that extra mile to try and find a solution for me . Which is better then any other company that I have spoken to. He was very perlite and very understanding

Before my conversation with Ian from United Insolvency, I was very anxious regarding my financial situation. Ian soon put my worries at ease and outlined my options availble to me in a clear, concise and friendly manner.

I don't have enough words to say thank you. Both Ian and Ben were there for me 24/7 and always provided clear advice. Without them I would have not made this decision and they made the process flow so smoothly. I was given clear and unbiased advice. My advisor Ian handled the call exceptionally well. I would advise anyone who needs the support to call.

When I approached united insolvency, I was beyond anxious; very tearful and hadn't slept in months. I initially spoke with a man called Ben, he was so incredibly sensitive and clearly cares about his work. I wasn't left waiting for replies or calls, he called when he said he would and if he said he was going to do something; he did, timely. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt supported and genuinely cared about. Once things got rolling, my case was also dealt with by Ellie. Again, things were done when she said they would be and ultimately, my IVA went ahead without any stress or hassling phone calls. If a call was required, I knew about it, nothing had taken me by surprise, I was kept informed about everything every single step of the way, I really did get the most support and reassurance throughout the whole process. Ben and Ellie were always honest and I fully trusted that what they said would happen and I wasn't let down!

I dealt with both Ben & Ian who were both so helpful, they fully explained all my options for me to make sure I chose the right solution for me. A company that I had dealt with previously had tried to push a solution on me that when explained fully by Ben & Ian, would not have been beneficial for me so I’m so happy that I came to these guys.

Ian and Ellie provided the best service. I personally didn't know the best option to deal with the debt I had. They went through all the options and explained them to me in great detail before I chose the right option for myself.
During this process I was going through a personal issue as well and they kindly offered me support which no words can describe how thoughtful and considerate they are.
