Nice product (Schaeffer fountain pen), engraving looks good, and good price. I didn’t realise it would be delivered from Germany but delivered 6 days after the order so still a good delivery time.

My husband lost his pen that he won through work, I was able to order same pen with engraving. He was delighted.
Delivery was quick and I was kept up to date having been given a tracking number.
Would not hesitate to use again.
