Efficient, effective, trustworthy, punctual, and high-quality service. I would recommend Units to anyone who is considering portable storage or long-distance moves. They have the friendliest and most accommodating customer service I have ever experienced. They are punctual with delivery and pick-up, flexible with time frames and needs, handle all logistics perfectly.

I enjoyed my experience using Units. Professionals with great communication throughout. Always available to answer my questions. Smooth transferring of the units from our local address to our new home in another State approximately 1600 miles away. Drop off and pick up went well. We needed an additional unit and they accommodated with perfect timing. Very pleased with Units. I have already recommended to another person moving about the same distance of our move.

We had an excellent experience with Units! We used three units to move across country and stored our items in their climate controlled facility as well. Our items arrived in excellent condition, there were no bugs and there was no water damage of any kind! The robot they used to move the units came in especially handy at our destination as it was tricky to get into our driveway, but because of this technology, we had no issue. I also feel that this ‘leveling’ technology protected our items from damage as well in transit /storage. Communication was excellent throughout, everyone was responsive and followed up to any/all inquiries. Everyone we spoke with was always polite and helpful. If you are considering a container move and/or storage, I would highly recommend Units!

Persons delivering unit on both shipping and receiving end were efficient and friendly. They moved the Unit to the exact spot making the loading and unloading a breeze.

Needed a storage unit for our move from Northeast to Midwest. Unit was delivered on time and driver was professional and friendly. Unit was picked up and transported as requested to Milwaukee. We had access when requested upon arrival and eventually had contents delivered to permanent facility closer to our new residence. All transactions were quick and easy.
