UNITS is an absolutely fantastic company. I would 100% recommend them without hesitation!!!

My husband and I made a long-distance move from Texas to Minnesota. We filled a container from UNITS, had it shipped to MN, and then drove from TX by ourselves. We stayed in temporary housing for a little over six months, and UNITS stored our things until we found a house to buy and move in.

All throughout the process, they kept in touch with us several times -- not only to set up the move, but they also checked in periodically over the months during the storage period just for an update. Everyone was super-courteous and friendly, and always willing to help, no matter which location or which person I talked to.

Container pickup and delivery is really fun to watch, too -- the container comes on a flatbed with a forklift that is remote-controlled by a single operator! Pretty amazing. They leave the container for you to load, come back when you're done, and the same when you receive it for unloading. We moved to a city that didn't have a UNITS facility, but they stored it in their Minneapolis facility and then drove it to our city once we needed it. They gave us a set amount of time to get it unloaded so that the driver wouldn't have to go back and forth (two hour drive each way). It was no problem and it all went really smoothly.

Again I would 100% recommend UNITS to anyone making a long-distance move and/or needing storage. Top-notch customer service and quality work!!

UNITS is an amazing company. Their staff is fantastic, they communicate constantly throughout the process and follow up on everything. We moved from Massachusetts to Louisiana and everything arrived in perfect condition, and it arrived earlier than projected. I was impressed with the professionalism and dedication of their employees and highly recommend UNITS for a move. I will be using them again.

This is the second time I’ve used Units and it’s hard to find enough words to express how pleased I am with this company. Rachel and Billy at Units long distance are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. When I call I don’t get someone in a call center, I get to speak with someone who seems to know my exact situation.

Units is by far the best option for moving whether you are moving long distance or local. The Unit is dropped at your location, level coming off the truck and as level as possible where it is placed. It has barn type doors- not the roll up type that take up much needed packing space. You have as much time as needed to load the unit. When you’re ready for a pickup, it’s a simple phone call and they arrive to load your unit for transport. They are not like other companies that drag your Unit up the back of the truck. The Unit and your contents stay at level during the loading/unloading!

I shipped my unit from Denver to Dallas where it stayed in storage for 8 months. My plans changed unexpectedly and I needed to relocate back to Colorado. One simple phone call and the unit was transported back to Colorado. When the unit arrived, everything was exactly how I had packed it 8 months ago with no damage. I would encourage anyone considering this option to watch the video on Unitsstorage.com to see this incredible one man delivery process. You cannot go wrong using this company for your moving and storage needs. I’d give them 10 stars if that was an option.

They have great ratings because they got great customers service, no hidden fees, quick advice, and the best moving pod ever; wort the price, no regrets, will use again.

The entire experience with UNITS was great! The quality, cost, and customer service was top-notch. No other company was able to beat UNITS in any aspect of the transaction. I would definitely recommend UNITS to anyone needing pod storage/moving options.

The whole process was very easy. I wasn't even sure exactly where I was going when I first put in my reservation. But they worked out two prices for me. I also used their storage for about 3 months and when I was ready for delivery, I got it very quickly. Plus, the unit held a lot more than I anticipated. I would definitely use them again.
