Kulvinder Bhatti at the Call Centre was excellent. She was patient, calm, completely knowledgeable, completely helpful and accommodating. I must have been 50 minutes on the call but she continued throughout to be straightforward, clear and steady in giving me assistance with the forms I was trying to fill in. I highly recommend her.

The service is beyond terrible – it’s an absolute disgrace. I applied for a MultiPay program back in MARCH, and after wasting months chasing and calling, repeating myself over and over, it finally got “approved” in SEPTEMBER. Half a year later! And even then, it’s still a joke – I can’t even log in as admin because of an “incorrect password.” Except it’s the exact password I set myself and even have written proof of on the application. Now I’m being told they “can’t” change the password and that I should speak to Lloyd’s bank. Guess what? Lloyd’s is telling me the opposite – to go back to Unity Trust. So I’m stuck in a pathetic game of pass-the-buck while neither side actually takes responsibility. This is completely unacceptable, useless, and a total waste of my time. Meanwhile, my organisation continues to suffer. I'm certain I've broken the record of the number of time someone has contacted an organisation over the phone.

FIRSTLY - Jayne Smith & Priya Purewal should be given OBE's for their service, support, speed of help, banter, professionalism and everything a customer wants and needs from a supplier...
The Heads @ Unity should give these ladies a pay rise......
Over the last 48hrs they both have supported me with what should be a simple process of logging onto my Multipay card but it turned out to be a horror show from start to finish, Jayne has stood by the phone taking notes and trying her hardest to log me onto the system whilst Priya has been on the other line to Lloyds and at NO point was time ever a problem to these ladies.
One call was for 1hr 15mins !!!!! and at one point they worked together to get it resolved around their own lunch breaks
Two people have turned my opinion round of Unity Bank and I personally would like to thank them.
