Brilliant support and help service
The excellent lady on your telephone banking line, her name is Elizabeth, was so patient and helpful. She was able to answer all my questions and guide me through a series of changes and updates to our charity saving account.
It was so refreshing after poor customer service experienced at another bank with long waiting times for calls to be answered, contradictory advice, and numerous calls to resolve simple issues caused by an appalling upgrade to their online banking system.
Based on my experience today with its clear guidance and friendly service, I recommend Unity and will be moving my current account from that other bank to Unity.

Processes not good, but staff are fantastic.
Processes are not good, but staff I've spoken to have all been fantastic. Spent ages to get forms processed to be added to a branch bank account. Even after a form has been accepted it takes a few weeks to process. However both Elise Mckie and Jai Rajpput tried al they could to help me though this, and once accesses sorted seems to be working as expect from a bank

So they unilaterally close our account .. no warning .. closed! OK, so now we are trying to get our house in order and download the statements, and of course we are barred from getting access online. We contact them, requesting our last few statement, to be quoted £8 per month. Outrageous !!!!
