Impressed with Customer service and Quality of my ebike!

The excitement of receiving my Cheetah Ebike was making my day very long. The moment Fedex showed up with that long well packaged box I found myself like a kid with his first large toy. I ride my bike 20 miles a day, from home to work every day. The excitement 4 weeks after receiving this bike still has me well within its grip. Chris at Urban E-Bikes has been very communicative via Email every step of the way. Fast response to questions, Great customer Services. I received the last few items for my bike yesterday and Like a kid I rushed home to place everything on my bike. Finders, Light protective cover, Rack for my Saddle bags... To say I am impressed with Urban E-Bikes is an understatement.

Thanks for filling in my order on the cheetah beach cruiser it was delivered within 5 days easy assembly and rode 25 miles next day it's a fun bike and another 40 miles following weekend thanks 👍

Headlight Issue

Over the weekend I had my headlight quit working. Contacted Chris early Monday morning, they had a new headlight shipped that day and by Wednesday I was back to night riding! could not be happier with the service I have received so far!! top notch service and even better bike.

I love my new bike

I love my new bike. I would have given it 5 stars but your support team on the internet was zero help when it came to basic questions about putting it together. We were able to put it all together but it would have been nice to have had some of our questions answered from the company we bought it from.

Excellent customer service. If you are considering an E-bike, purchase it here, you will not be disappointed.

Love my bike

Love my bike! Chris was super helpful & the staff helped me get my

Urban ebikes is a great company

Urban ebikes is a great company. It is a pleasure working with them. Although they are located on several thousand miles from me, it feels like they are next door. I had several questions, they quickly responded. The products ship quickly, I always know the status of my orders and where the package is! I just wish the folks i live with and see every day could keep me as well informed as Urban does!

First i would like to say

First i would like to say, I really do love the bike. Customer service not so good, very hard to communicate with them. Bike 85% assembled? Not so much, maybe they do the "fuzzy math" to get to 85%. luckily i am pretty mechanically inclind and was able to get it assembled without too many curse words.

Very happy with my new tricycle

Very happy with my new tricycle. Everyone was great in answering my calls regarding delivery and tracking. Looking forward to a great summer with my bike. Pedal assist is a wonderful at 1 or two setting and if I need extra boost the thumb throttle is right there! I can change pedal assist as needed while riding. Will be getting some mirrors installed so I can see if there are cars coming up on me. Love my new freedom when my husband has the car, I can ride to senior cente r, library or up to the beach. Thank you, Chris, Alyssa and the he rest of the team!

A short term order turned out to be a long term. It was therefore canceled. This wasn't expected by me because Urban ebikes website was misleading and stated that the triec would be shipped in 8 to 10 days. I should have heeded the other reviews. Gave 2 stars because of very polite and helpful administrative assistant.

I received the Caddy Pro promptly and…

I received the Caddy Pro promptly and in great shape the service and price of the trike is A ok, I unfortunately reside in Minnesota and the weather has prevented me from trying it out but I’m very impressed with the looks.

There are better places to buy a bike.

I'm sorry to hear about the unpleasant experience you've had - let me go over all the points and clarify the situation.

It was communicated clearly that the bike is on pre-order and is not in stock - the information was stated on our website before you placed the order, as well as we informed you of this as soon as you placed the order to make sure you’d like to keep it.

After informing you, you agreed to wait and keep the pre-order.

The shipping times did indeed change along the way because of the almost unpredictable supply chain problems the whole world is facing right now, as I'm sure you're aware - we kept you up to date at all times.

Once you decided to cancel the order, we did so immediately and we did charge the $108 processing fee, which is a standard procedure to cover the credit card processing fee - we do not keep any part of this.

It is clearly stated in our return policy that if an order is cancelled, we will charge the processing fee to cover these expenses.
