12/2020: Urban E Bikes customer support is beyond amazing. It had to have been 10 pm, all the support people were gone. I left a sad face that my questions were not answered. I received an email about 10 minutes later. This incredible man does not sleep! I proceeded to order, change my mind, attempt to order, change my mind and email him three more times. Each time getting an answer within five minutes. He canceled my order for me and helped me so much. I later received an email from a support person who was happy to answer all of my questions. I have never had a company so organized and so kind. I will be doing business with Urban E Bikes as soon as I am able. I have confidently referred four people to them already. Thank you so incredibly much!

Pros: Customer service
Cons: Insanely expensive for the cheap craftsmanship

- Expectations were high due to a price tag of 2,000 USD on the electric tricycle.
- Per the documentation that came with the trike, it was designed in the US but built in China and it shows on the welding points of the bike frame and cheap electric components.
- Their website mentioned 85% of the trike would be pre-assembled; they clearly meant that you didn't have to weld the frame yourself because it arrived in pieces (closer to 25% assembled vs the claimed 85%) If you would like the experience of fully assembling a tricycle, order one on Amazon for around 300 USD.
- Customer service was good, but had to request a tracking number 4 days after purchase (after paying that price tag, it felt like a scam was ongoing)
- Very hard to justify the price tag when the delivered product was clearly build for cheap. For comparison, we currently own an electric bike that was designed and built in the US for 1,800 USD; it arrived fully assembled on a wooden pallet and the craftsmanship is insanely better.

--> For 2,000 USD the tricycle should be delivered fully assembled and the quality needs to be waaayyy better. <---

It was a successful assembly with compassionate service.
This is a personal challenge for me, after my serious stroke 10 years ago. The tricycle will cring me security and balance on the road. Will start giving a first trial after the elections complete. Thank you!

I ordered an electric trike and I absolutely love it! It is well built and so cute. The pedal assist is just what I need to go long distances.
Kris was so helpful with all of my questions. The customer service is excellent.

wonderful, better than expected

The bikes were as advertised. I wish I could have seen the gray bike in person. It’s bigger than what I expected and had no frame of reference. Delivery was faster than expected.

I am very impressed by the customer service provided by Kris. My emails are always answered promptly. Even though I did not end up purchasing a bike through Kris due to the item being out of stock, I would still highly recommend this site.

Evryjourney E-Bike(250w) - Awesome awesome bicycle... Really cute bicycle, I have the lime green with blue. Best beginners bicycle - all you need is a basket for your trinkets.... Would definitely recommend this bicycle or any style. Packaging was packed well, just carefully take out parts separately. I took all the parts out of the box myself but had a friend to assemble the bicycle. It took him about 30 - 40 minutes in the yard, probably would be shorter time if my dog didn’t go on a frantic barking craze at him. even though he was tied up. Overall I am very happy with my new purchase!!!!!😊

I recently bought an e-bike from Urban eBikes and I was super impressed with the level of service: all queries and issues were promptly resolved and support was swift and stellar. This is my second e-bike and when I started my search for my second e-bike it was hard to find a good bike with all the features one typically looks for less than $3000. Urban eBikes has a great selection of e-bikes many of which met my criteria. I chose the Revi Bike Cheetah -it's cooler looking than the other bikes I was looking at, had all the features I wanted. Plus it was cheaper than the other "better known" e-bikes I was looking at in stores and online! Urban eBikes was very responsive throughout the whole buying process, answering my questions patiently and promptly. They were even very flexibile with allowing me to change my color preference after I had placed my order. It's been a fantastic experience all around!

Well, after waiting nearly 2 months(as promised by UEB), the box finally came. I loaded it into my truck and took it to my local bike shop for assembly(good move).

After a couple days, the bike shop called to tell me about a broken head unit...they spoke with UEB, sent pictures and video. Maker ( in China) attempted to blame bike shop, but UEB interceded on my behalf, a new part was ordered and the assembled e-bike went home on my rack.

There’s a learning curve associated with a somewhat complicated electronic and mechanical device, which BTW came with NO INSTRUCTIONS WHATSOEVER. I’m able to figure most stuff out, and I’m sure in time, I’ll figure it all out.

The bike ROCKS!!!!

I ride a regular bike in Florida, where I live in the winter, but my summer home in the mountains of New Hampshire is just not doable for a 68 yo. I haven’t figured out how to use the “throttle” so use my ebike in pedal assist mode exclusively for now, but I’m able to pedal up steep grades that I used to push my regular bike up. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE PERFORMANCE! The bike seems sturdy, and well equipped...I hope it holds up. My bike shop said the Bafang motor is excellent, but they weren’t impressed with the rest of the bike setup. It does work for me!

I was a bit pissed to receive an ad offering the same bike, from the same people for $600 less, 3 days after getting my bike from the shop, but I agreed to the price, so it is what it is. All said, I’m happy with the bike and UEB.

Read the free book on ebikes on audible before you buy, and if you can find the bike you want locally, that would seem to me to make more sense!

I ordered the sixthreezeroEVRYjourney 26" 7speed Hybrid Electric Tricycle, 36F, 250W, Navy. I is so much fun to ride and easy to operate; it is also really a great looking E trike! Kris and Ruz were both very helpful and answered all of my many questions. Couldn't ask for a nicer experience and highly recommend this E trike.

Excellent service! I bought an electric trike from Urban Bikes There was a problem with a piece on the brakes. We took it for repair, called Urban Bikes and they apologized for the inconvenience and we received a check covering the repairs the next day! I bought a couple e bikes from another company and had much difficulty getting help from that company. Urban bikes sold the same bike so they took the time out to contact that company and I received a call from the owner within 5 minutes. Excellent customer service from Urban Bikes!!!!

I saw this bike for sale on line at urban ebikes and fell in love. I have been a Harley owner for 40 years, I truly loved my Harleys but I love my e- bike much more. This is by far the best thing I have ever owned. It’s all in the feelings and when I ride my Cheeta I feel like a million bucks! Urban e-bikes did a great job getting me the right bike and accessories. It feels like a Disney ride.
