Just excuses.

I love my Aostirmotor S18-1500W Fat tire eBike. Before I bought this eBike, I had converted my 20 years old mountain bike to AWD eBike with dual 500W motors, dual 48V batteries, dual controllers, and a single throttle to control both wheels. I got it to run at 34MPH. The initial start speed is great. The only problem I had with it the skinny tires. It doesn’t feel safe when riding at 34MPH. Also, I got flat tires 3 times within a month.

With the new Oastirmotor S18-1500W Fat tire eBike, everything about it is great. The initial start up speed is not as fast as my old eBike, but when it gains momentum, I can get it to run at around 30MPH and still feel very safe and it definitely gives me the peace of mind. I have not gotten a flat yet and I had been riding it almost every other day for the past month. Each round trip is about 45 miles with some peddling and I keep my speed under 20 MPH as I do not want to run out of battery and have to call my wife to pick me up. The nice thing about it is I don’t see people riding Aostirmotor eBike around that much, but I do get good complements about it. It gave me a sense of satisfaction and pride. Aostirmotor is like a BMW to me for a 2 wheeler. So, see you on the trails.

I ordered an EW29 Trike it took awhile for it to be delivered Chris stayed on top of it when it arrived my wife hated the trike E Wheels messed up on this trike horrible design Chris made the arrangements to ship it back it cost me $475.00 I then placed an order for an Ew 36 scooter with a discount from Chris again it took time for shipping but Chris again stayed on top of it when it arrived my wife loves it she rides this scooter every day thanks Chris for making my wife’s life more pleasant by being able to get out of the house. very soon we will order a EW 46 scooter because we both want to enjoy being outdoors together

Everything was real good but it took three weeks for my bike to arrive. But the bike it self is awesome so thanks for that

Purchased a Bakcou Mule step thru 24". The pedals drag the ground when you turn or corner. 25% restocking fee to return a dangerous/hazardous bike. I would never have purchased this bike after test riding it. My advise to avoid a $5k mistake. Ride a bike in a store, then buy one.

Chris was very responsive to all my emails and the trike is fantastic. I love riding it around the farm, it makes life so much easier. Collecting tools from buildings for repair work is fun and fast.

This is a very powerful and good bike. I would recommend this to a friend. And service was very good also I give it a 5star

Box arrived from FedEx damaged, six days later than FedEx tracking indicated, and missing the SEAT.
Contacted eBikes and long story short, they sent me a matching seat that I received a few days ago. Not a perfect match of course, but they did all they could to fix the problem FedEx caused.

Also, I’ve seen countless customers’ comments on how many months (yes months) it’s taking for Sixthreezero to get bikes to them. EBikes was a great alternative as a seller of the bike I wanted, took less than two weeks to get it. Caveat- if you can get insurance on your delivery, DO. Those delivery guys don’t care at all how your box looks when it gets there. I was home when mine came, and watched the dude drag it off a pile of boxes on its side... box clearly said FRAGILE, and KEEP UPRIGHT.

I ordered the Delfast Top 3.0 after Kris was able to answer several questions I had about the bike itself and policies of the website. Thanks again to Kris for always helping by chat, phone and email in a timely manner! Had a few delays with shipping which seems normal during the pandemic across multiple industries. About 18 days from order to delivery. Overall I rate the bike 9/10. It has 5 assist modes and with just using the throttle on levels 3 - 4 (25 - 30mph) I was able to get 90 miles out of a single charge! Amazing for an electric bike. Only real downside is the alarm built into the bike. I understand the need for an alarm, but it cannot be turned off/disabled and it beeps very loudly every time the bike is turned off or on. Very happy with the bike and the dual suspension makes a huge difference vs other electric bikes I have ridden in the past.

Could not ask for a better place to do business. Friendly and knowledgeable. Did everything possible to make sure we got the best bikes for us.

Thank you for working with me to get the right bike in a timely manner. My wife is trying to get used to the trike since it rides differently, but she's enjoying it.

This review is of an experience I had with Urban eBikes.
It is hard when I receive a product that doesn't work out. In this case, it was my fault. Urban-eBikes was TOTALLY supportive along the journey of decision, purchase, test, and sadly the need to return. The eBike was of excellent quality. It fit my body well. For most folks, I think it would be ideal.

But I needed to disassemble and re-package and arrange for shipping. Kris, my contact, helped all along the way. Kind, supportive and helpful. Perhaps customer service is challenged most when they know the product is comming back. But I could not ask for better service. Thank you Kris & Urban eBikes.

Trike delivered as promised. My wife hasn’t had chance to ride it yet as the trike is a Christmas present.
