From the first moment I spoke to Brenton in Customer Service, I was greeted with not only a bubbly personality, but a genuine desire to help me with choosing the appropriate artwork for my living spaces. Since then, I have gone back to him for another piece and again received that sincere attitude to help. Brenton went above and beyond to assist me with my third piece of artwork. Thank you so much Brenton - you are not only good at what you do, but it is evident that you really love your job! I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone interested in buying art work from Urban Road to speak to Brenton.

Great company to deal with. Have been doing business with Urban Road for 10 years with different companies and have never had a problem at all. The range is amazing.

The poster I ordered is very nice however it took over two weeks to arrive and when it did it had obviously been tampered with. The container had been opened, the lid lost from one end and cut fragile tape over the open end when it arrived. Two star loss in rating is purely due to the delivery experience.

From the time I placed this order until it arrived I received the best customer service I could ever have expected. My emails were responded to immediately and they went over and above to ensure I received my order in time for my daughters birthday, which was a big ask considering I live in Victoria. I can definitely recommend this company and will be to all of my friends.

Everything was great, except that the print we ordered was mistakenly printed in the wrong orientation. Brenton dealt with the issue promptly, pleasantly and professionally. Replacement print is exactly what we expected.
