I was really happy with the artwork…
I was really happy with the artwork itself, such a beautiful piece and good quality framing. However I was very disappointed that I ordered and paid for it as a portrait and it was delivered with the backing set up to landscape.

Returning customer
The incorrect print was delivered but I contacted urban road by email and received a call from a representative after i sent the email who arranged for pick up of wrong print and delivery of new print. Even though there was a problem the rectification of the problem was straight forward and reasonably quick. I will return to urban road.

Purchased the Salt and Pepper Woven cushions. Arrives vacuumed sealed and only after the fact of opening do you realize how NOT plush and thick the feather insert is. The cushions don’t have the feature of a hidden zipper as described and so a lovely white zipper can be seen. Very disappointed with purchase and quality of cushions.
