First purchase from urban Road
I we purchased from urban road for the first time this year and our first purchase which involved 1 print, and 1 canvas piece included 1 faulty print and the canvas has still not arrived, and there has been no communication in regards to the canvas. The faulty print was replaced instantly and customer service in that space was great.

Incredible quality products.
I’ve received my beautiful framed canvas art from urban road. I selected to buy very large works and am truly amazed at the impact of the art and the excellent finish with all the framing.
The art detail is incredibly colourful and true to the advertised work. The detail is exact and not lost in the larger size.
The framing is very firm and the hanging wire is well placed and secured very well.
Every aspect of ordering from Urban Road from online viewing and ordering, to timely arrival and follow up communication has been so good.
I unreservedly recommend their products.
