As a first time buyer being new to the whole process, Michelle was nothing but amazing at keeping me up to date every step of the way while having the ability to communicate without causing confusion. and today I have received my mortgage offer! Highly recommend & couldn't of asked for anyone better.

Today we received our mortgage offer and my partner and I couldn't be happier with how we were taken care of by Terry and Jackie. Professionalism in its finest form, they helped us on our journey towards our first home and I cannot recommend them enough.

Everything was taken care of for us. From finding the right lender to doing the nitty gritty work, they never made us feel like we were asking too much of them. We cannot recommend them enough, and we are truly thankful for their help!

We genuinely cannot thank Urban Sticks enough. After getting decline a mortgage and being told there was little point in applying elsewhere - cue a very distressed call to Jackie, who arranged for Terry to contact me. Between Terry, Jackie and Michelle they reviewed my situation, found an appropriate lender and kept us informed throughout the whole process. We've just received our binding mortgage offer - this team certainly do create miracles. Definitely will be our advisors for future financial planning.

Michelle is a fantastic Advisor, very knowledgeable and thorough. She explained the whole process, picked the lender that would be most suitable for us (we didn’t have perfect credit history), and submitted the full application. We have been kept up to date on progress with our application by Jackie, who was very pleasant and professional. It only took 11 days from the initial application to mortgage offer. I choose these guys mainly thanks to great communication and getting reply way before I paid them. I was able to e mail Terry random screenshots of properties I was interested in and he was able to tell me if it’s affordable for me or not.
Also as bank needed couple of more information I had Jackie on the case and I clearly knew what I needed to provide and in what format.

I decided to seek a second opinion with Urban Sticks after my initial mortgage broker told me she was unable to find a lender for the required amount. Michelle thoroughly guided us through our experience from initial affordability to final mortgage offer, with honesty, professionalism and a personable manner. Every silly question answered, no matter how small and no matter what time of day.
