Make sure you compare

I've been renting there since February. I found out today that the rent is going up yet again ( it just went up) and it's a big increase. It's a 5x15 unit, that has gone up $200+ since I started there. An employee told me that $276 is the going rate for a 5x15 unit. No, I checked around and Extra Space Storage has a 10x15 for $196. Big difference. Cube Smart has a 5x15 for $129.75 online price. Also, I have a small unit that has spider webs on the ceiling and onto my belongings. I was also told by the same employee that nothing can be done because the previous exterminator company didn't spray and they're waiting for a new company to take over. It's just gross. I don't blame the employees because they're preprogrammed to say these things. It's upper management who needs to take responsibility. And if someone is going to respond to this review and ask me to contact US Storage directly, make sure the company plans to actually responds to me

I was told that I would be receiving a…

I was told that I would be receiving a discount or refund because I signed up on a Saturday and when I went back to access my unit- the access code had not been "Activated"- causing me to rent my Uhaul for 3 more days because I had nowhere to store my stuff. What an inconvenience.
