Easy setup process

Easy setup process, great pricing, and location. Didn't enjoy the added stress of being poked about POD unloading & pick-up, but they did accommodate.

Nice staff, poor maintenance, review month to month rates/fees/increases

This review has little to do with the employee's there, it has to do with the facility itself and the fees and rates charged. If you need to rent more than one unit you are charged the $29 fee for each rental. It's a one time charge, and it's ridiculous that you're charged it for each rental. Also, in my unit there are spiderwebs all over the "ceiling ". The other issue I had was when I rented my first unit in February 2025. It was 2/14 to be exact and I had planned on moving my belongings in on 2/17, and yes it was paid for on the 14th. When I got there on Monday the 17th there was a lock on my unit and it wasn't mine unfortunately at this time the facilities manager was also being sent to another location I believe in Hawthorne so I couldn't even go into the office to speak to anybody so I called. The woman over the phone told me there was nothing she could do and I had to wait until the facilities manager arrived. It was only supposed to be about an hour. It wound up being almost 3. Not only was this a big waste of my time, but I actually asked to be reimbursed for the days I could not get into my unit because another renter saw that my unit was open and decided to use it because they were cleaning out their unit. totally unacceptable. The other issue I have is and I do realize that they do rate increases periodically but since mid February until now my rate has gone up $140 per month I do have family members that have rental units elsewhere with different facilities and their rates increase may be every six months, not every 2 to 4 so just be aware of that.

Ok, so I received a response from US Storage asking me to send an email to the address listed and I would receive a response from their management team quickly. Haha! That was about 6 days ago. Hmm, I guess everyone's idea of quickly is different. Not that I really expected them to respond at all

Great staff and fast rent/move in

I paid for my unit online quick and easy. I came in the next day and spent less than 10 minutes in the office. The front staff was extremely kind and polite. Love that theres great elevator space and indoor cooling.

I already submitted a review, and you responded to my concerns. Please stop sending these emails. I get at least two a day!

Signing up, for the most part, was fine, but these continuous multiple requests for review are making me rethink my previous generally positive review.
