Bought a Metal bumper for my IPhone 12 - Fit is incorrect where it is slightly bigger than the phone. Contacted support over 3 times and no response.

If you are reading this my advice is take your money somewhere else because company which has no ethics does not deserve your money.

Sad part is I have used them for over 3 years and when they made a mistake in their design they are not willing to take responsibility.

I have been using Utomic for years. They started off great. Very slim and easy to carry in your pocket. I just switched to an iPhone XR and placed an order for bumpers for my new phone. I tried the first set they sent and they did not adhere. So I asked them for a replacement set. After a little disagreement, they sent a new set (cost me shipping of $5) and I triede them. Well it's been a couple of days and they are still falling off. Not sure what happened to the company but their product is not what they were in the past. I ended up ordering a completely different case as I no longer felt comfortable with the protection I was getting.

I bought the edge bumpers and screen protector for by new iPhone XR. They arrived on 9/4/19 and by 9/6/19 the first one popped off. Since then I have had to reattach it at least six times in the last week. Luckily it has dropped on the floor, the couch and the seat in my car...all places I can find it. I am sure it will fall of again and maybe the next time I won’t notice until it’s too late. The bumpers are definitely not worth the money I paid. Not to mention I sent an email to customer service the night the first one fell off and haven’t heard back from them. It’s been about a week. I will be sending these back as soon as possible.

There cases are okay but too expensive for the money and on top of that their customer service is worst in the world.
I ordered products for iPhone XS but received it for iPhone XS Plus. After multiple emails and creating request on their site, I received no response. I wasted my $45, you can save yours.

I would give zero stars if I could. The Edge product looks great but they do not stay on the phone. When I contacted the company they informed me that I would have to pay to send them back their faulty product. While mine fell off in the first two weeks, if they happen to last a month before falling off then you have no option to return at all. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!

returned these edges that did not stick to my phone. they don't pay for shipping upon the returns. Really bad product. please stay far away from this company.

No stars.. I tried their product twice. Giving The product the benefit of the doubt I replaced the Utomic corners twice hoping that it was just an error in application as to why they pop off, and both times I’ve had issues with the phone. On this second attempt to use them, the back of the iPhone cracked but they were not interested.. they did not assist me.. they said it was not covered .. so buyer beware the company does not care. They do not stand behind their products. Your phone will crack and scratch I assure you of that.

Ordered 2 sets for our iPhone XR's & they were too small.. Reached out & they did offer to refund or send replacements & asked us to let them make it right.. so I agreed & when they sent new ones it was too small also.. reached back out to let them know & asked for a pre paid mailing label & they said basically since the "order" was past 30 days it in no longer covered under the 30-day money back guarantee.. I reminded them how they said, "We would prefer it if you gave us another try and accept replacements" they said I had to pay for return shipping which I have never heard of a company doing since the items advertised are NOT for the phones advertised.. Buyer Beware.. In the end I sent all the emails, pictures etc to my credit card company to dispute it & they 100% agreed & issued my full refund! I do now see where there are more negative reviews then positive so wish I would've saw these 1st...

the worst company. two months on standby and just ask if it's my address and I'm very sorry.

I purchased 2 sets of the edges for me and my girlfriend. However we didn’t have any issues. Our stuck very well and when I did take them off I knew they were just going to fall off. They were a lot harder to get off then on. No residue or damage was left. This is a concern of mine. However I also ordered two cases that fit with the edges and they are trash. Pretty sure they are just using a cheap grinder to make these. They didn’t fit at all.

The product is pretty decent. I’ve purchased the edge (corners) and the bumper (just a metal edge around the phone, open front and back.). The edge never really stuck, I waited for 6 months to put them on, so I assumed I was in the wrong and had waited too long. After ordering the bumper, I received TERRIBLE customer service and got the case nearly a month later. After 2 more months, it’s falling apart. They sent me back a determination that it was due to normal wear and tear. After telling them that normal wear and tear does not void their warranty, the same pictures I sent them apparently NOW show damage. They don’t answer phones, the take days to respond.
I was reticent to purchase the bumper, but it’s pretty. So I succumbed to the aesthetic. My mistake. DO NOT PURCHASE from this company. There’s a reason why they used to be called bumpies and had to change their name. They had to dissociate themselves from their old ways. But they don’t seem to be doing too well at that either.

this is hands down the worst product I have ever purchased. Edges will not stay on no matter what, and after multiple replacements and giving it multiple chances, I tried to get a refund. 45 days had passed since purchase, so sadly I wasted my money for a bunch of absolutely useless pieces of plastic. This product is garbage. Save your money!!!

They fell off after 2 days of use. Unacceptable.

What an absolute joke of a company. Not only are their products faulty and a complete waste of money, but their marketing is extremely dishonest.

I purchased the “protective edges,” probably better suited to stick play dough on the corners because they fell off within a month. I emailed the company and they sent me a replacement edge, and this time within two months another two edges fell off. At this point I honestly could not be bothered to write and wait again so I purchased a proper case for 1/3 I’d the price, and now have successfully used it for a year.

The worst part was, I left a review on their page noting my dissatisfaction, and they simply deleted my comment. How dishonest and pathetic is that? Disgusting company with useless products, stay away.

I bought the white ones for my iphone 7 and they totally fade. I cleaned them and they fade again, I complaint and for a refund they ask me to ship the edges again which is more expensive than the case for me

Terrible product. My hair gets tangled every time :(

I was skeptical that the 4 pieces they call edge and their screen protector would protect my iPhone but I am now a super fan. I tripped and fell down my apartment's concrete stairs and got a hairline wrist fracture. Was shocked to find my phone was still perfect. No scratches or breaks. Fan for life!
