Treatment by MACS was second to none. Mr Vadodaria was a pleasure to deal with and work on my operation. His team and staff are also excellent. Very talented people who care about you 100 percent. Not only all this, but prices are extremely competitive. Win win.

The experience I had at MACS Watford was completely flawless.

I came to MACS with interest in having a procedure done for gynecomastia.

From the moment I arrived, staff were immediately welcoming and attentive. Everyone showed keen and genuine interest to help me with my concerns.

I was seen by Mr Vadodaria who not only showed impeccable professionalism, but also expressed such calm and caring and qualities as an individual.

After discussing my concerns, I was given appropriate and clear information, and it was not long before the procedure was arranged.

Even during my aftercare period, I have attended frequent check ups at the clinic and the quality of service remains impressively perfect.

Finally, I am very happy with the results of my procedure and quick recovery.

After some research and consultations,
I found MACS clinic online. My first consultation with Mr Vadodaria was very clearly explained. The information I received was beneficial and in detail. I was also given a specific and most convenient time and day for my surgery, on my request. My abdominoplasty was straightforward without any complications. I’m really happy with the outcome result and my speedy recovery. I’m satisfied with the aftercare treatment received. I do recommend Mr Vadodaria 100% 💯

From my research online, I visited three clinics and Mr Vadodaria at MACS Clinic was by far my first choice and stood out from the rest. Straight from my initial enquiry, for which I spoke directly with Mr Vadodaria, the service has been truly professional. I met with Mr Vadodaria a couple of times before making my decision, on each occasion he was very informative, extremely warm and reassuring and not pushy. I am now five days post-surgery with breast augumentation and mastopexy and I am absolutely delighted with the outcome; I feel like a new woman. Mr Vadodaria will continue to see me post surgery until such time as the healing process ceases. The procedure from start to finish has been excellent value and can thoroughly recommend Mr Vadodaria and MACS Cosmetics Clinic.

I had both upper and lower Blepharoplasty on both eyes just before Christmas. I was quite concerned from day 1 that my left upper eyelid didn't look as well done as my right. However, because my eyes were so swollen and bruised I was assured that it would be fine once the swelling and bruising had receeded. However, it didn't seem to improve my saggy eyelid & Mr Vadodaria told me it was probably due to fluid retention in my upper eye lid. By the time I had my six week check up I was still not happy with my left eye & showed Mr Vadodaria photos I had taken every week & it was quite clear that my right upper lid looked great but the left one was nowhere near as good. The reason I decided to have the upper eyelids done was because the skin on both lids had begun to sag & were begining to creep over the lids. As my mother had also had the same ageing of her eyelids as she got older I knew that in a few years the over hanging skin would begin to cause problems with my vision. And, it had begun for me a good 10 years earlier than my mother so that's why I wanted to have the surgery. There was confusion when Mr Vadodaria came to see me in my room at the hispital a very short time before the operation. He for some reason thought he was only operating on the bags under my eyes. Luckily just before he was leaving the room he mentioned this and I was able to point out that it was upper and lower on both eyes. I showed him the letter of contract which clearly stated this which was on my smart phone as he was ringing his Clinic to ensure that what I was telling him was indeed true. And, I can't help wondering if, because he thought he was only operating on the lower eyelids, he had to rush the procedure because the operating theatre was only booked for the time it takes to do the lower lids? Maybe not but my left eyelid, now that the bruising & swelling have finally disappeared, is markedly less well done than the right eye. The skin on my eyelid still sags and the eyelid can't be seen at all, unlike the right eye. So I'm still not happy. However, Mr Vadodaria has told me that if I'm still unhappy with it when I go back for what should be my final check-up in May, he will operate on the left upper lid again to get rid of the excess sagging skin, this time in his Clinic (and presumably at NO EXTRA COST). I had hoped to look a lot more refreshed and less knackered for my first holiday in 8 years, after my eye procedures which is in a week and a half's time, but I will now be self-conscious about the left eye! However, if Mr Vadodaria gets it as good as the upper right eye in May I'll happily put up with my disappointment and update this review.

I found that searching for the right place to have my labiaplasty was a really daunting and overwhelming experience. However, when I got in touch with MACS Clinic and spoke to Mr Vadodaria, I immediately felt comfortable and at ease.
Mr Vadodaria is professional, with a calm and gentle approach. Due to the size of his clinic, I was treated as a person and he took the time to get to know me. I felt that I could ask anything I wanted to, at any time.
The whole team work together to create an experience where you are respected, looked after and made to feel safe - from the initial consultation, to post-op. The nurse comforted me throughout the procedure, she was amazing!
I genuinely feel blessed to have found this clinic. Mr Vadodaria, Julia, Shadara and Rishi all showed me genuine kindness and I couldn’t be happier. THANK YOU. I would recommend to everybody.

Really unimpressed with the quality of service at the consultation stage.. As soon as I got there there were a lot of people waiting around, no where for me to sit, my appointment was scheduled for 1PM and by 1:30PM there was no indication of when I would be seen or an offer of an apology. What was also shocking was that when I was waiting the receptionist was speaking to a patients wife about payment which she responded her husband would pay when he was out of surgery, the receptionist then went into the operating room to try obtain the patients credit card whilst he was being seen to?! I left at just after 1:30PM as I was unimpressed with my time being wasted and the quality of the service, the receptionist rang me at 2PM probably only realizing I was gone to see if I would like to come back, when I expressed I was unhappy how I was left waiting she said that the consultation was free? That's not the point, the point was I was left waiting around and the poor customer service... The fact they are so quick to hound you into booking in a appointment but when you show up on time for your appointment they don't want to see you on time.. No problem with the actually doctor himself just how his surgery was run!!

I could not recommend Mr Vadodaria more. From start to finish I felt I was in the best possible hands. Mr V was professional, knowledgeable, always happy to see me and made me feel comfortable at every appointment. Not to mention his wonderful PA, Catherine who was sure to fit appointments around my schedule and go above and beyond to help me following any recommendations Shailesh made. I know that if I had not gone to this surgery, my recovery would have been severely prolonged.

Having finally plucked up the courage to have an upper eyelid Blepharoplasty as my peripheral view was becoming compromised and I loathed the appearance of my eyes, I was given Mr Vadodaria’s details. He straight away put me at ease, explaining my options whilst being very tactful and professional and at no point did I feel under any pressure to go ahead with the procedure – but I did, and I can’t thank him enough. It’s like someone gave me wide screen TV! I’m extremely happy with the service and the results of this procedure and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. However, it also takes a team to make these things work so I would like to thank ALL those involved who made me feel comfortable and well looked after from his nurses to his PA – thank you!

As I said, this was unusual and there's no real short version to the story. My daughter fell on her bare knees in the summer and ripped them open. She attended A&E where they cleaned both knees as best they could and stitched one with the other to be operated on under general anaesthetic the following day. The operation couldn't go ahead as emergencies came in so I looked for a Plan B. I range the Clementine Churchill hospital and asked if they had any surgeons who would be able to operate asap as by this stage my daughter was in quite some pain and the dressings hadn't been changed and I was terrified of infection or sepsis setting in. They rang back after 10 minutes with Mr. Vadodaria's details so after a quick chat with the wonderful Catherine we were in his Watford consulting room roughly an hour later. After examination Mr. V. said that he would need to operate at the Clementine and that he would also have to undo the NHS stitches as he suspected there was dirt beneath. Later that evening Catherine had organised literally everything for the following morning. Everything went as well as it could have for my daughter (an epidural rather than a general which she was terrified of), and only one dose of painkillers once home. There were stones, grit and dirt in both knees (which was a shock as I've always trusted the NHS) but with knees opened up around the size of a wine glass base, Mr. V. didn't even need to do a skin graft as he had warned might be necessary. Anyway, one month on and lots of aftercare, her knees have knitted and she can bend them almost normally now. I thank Mr. Vadodaria from the bottom of my heart for his skill, dedication to detail and kindness and would recommend him to everyone for any procedure they wish to take. In Catherine he has a kind, thoughtful, efficient and dedicated assistant who I view with genuine fondness. Thank you to you both. Karen x

Mr Vadadoria and his team /staff are the absolute high end. Catherine is amazing high standard of reception duties and really cannot do enough she is always available for questions and support I had dimple surgery which was an easy journey with the support and passion of Mr Vadadoria everything discussed was fine tooth combed amazing outstanding plastic surgeon with amazing results love these gorgeous people thank you!!!!!!

Consultation was done with utmost care. All questions were answered in detail with real life examples (evidence). There was no pressure or hard-sell. I was give time to think. I was also informed of all available options, with pros and cons involved.

Had a great experience with my dimple surgery. The worst part was the injection for the local anesthesia!! The surgery itself was pain free and done very cleanly and also very quickly. It took me ages to be able to open my mouth properly to eat (at least 6ish hours) but my body reacted quite strongly to the anesthesia, so I doubt this would happen to everyone. No real bruising or pain post-surgery. Excellent communication throughout.

As a Watford resident I am over the moon to have been able to find a local clinic that was able to provide first class advice, professional consultation, trouble free surgery and reassuring post surgery follow up checks.

Mr Vadodaria immediately put me at ease, providing honest information and sensible options. As someone that had breast augmentation I was very impressed that he made it very clear from the beginning that he would only carry out a realistic enhancement that would be in keeping with my build type, age and health. Mr Vadodaria managed to balance being both incredibly professional yet able to be amiable.

The Medical Arts office is managed by a very pleasant team and again you are immediately put at ease. Not the easiest place to find or access but once in it feels clean, professional and comfortable.

I am very pleased with my procedure results and I have encountered no problems at all. In fact I recovered very quickly and I believe this to be down to the care undertaken by Mr Vadodaria, who is clearly a very skilled plastic surgeon.

Would I consider using Mr Vadodaria again? Most certainly.
Would I recommend Mr Vadodaria? Without hesitation.

Here i am sat in bed recovarying after my bilateral gynecomastia surgery two days ago. Funnnily enough I never saw myself ending up on a cosmetic surgery table but frankly, I couldn't have been any happier with every part of my procedure. From the first consultation over facetime, to post op the care I received (and am still receiving), not only from Mr Vadodaria but also all his staff in the clinic were incredibly warming, honest and professional. The proceedure took took approx 2hrs in which Mr Vadodaria removed two large pieces of glandular tisssue located under my niplpes. My Vadodaria and his assistants were constantly checking in with me, keeping me reassured as updated throughout. I was also listening to an audiobook during the surgery which allowed my to tune out so the time flew by. Without waffling on too much, if you are unsure or nervous and are suffering with gynecomastia then don't hesitate to contact Mr Vadodaria.

I chose to go to Mr Vadodaria for nipple reduction surgery. A previous surgeon treated the right side a few years prior (as I had problems with a blocked duct), but the final result was puffy looking in appearance. I decided to do something about it and my initial consultation with Dr Vadodaria was done via skype as I was out of the country. Suffice to say, when I was in the UK the surgery was performed at the Watford clinic and a comfortable environment allayed my nerves heading in for the procedure. In fact your choice of music can be played during surgery to help make the experience more comfortable. I am glad I chose to go to Mr Vadodaria, he respected my desired outcome from the surgery in light of an unsatisfactory outcome previously and proceeded to carry out the surgery which now two months later looks to be more successful than the previous attempt.

I had been recommended to Mr Vadodaria as I was interested in having some Botox and filler treatments, but wanted the results to still look natural. At the consultation Mr Vadodaria took the time to explain the treatments in detail. The treatment itself was administered in the clinic's well appointed procedure room, and I was then given an opportunity to take some time to apply soothing cream to the areas treated. The results took a few days to take full effect (as had been explained) and I couldn't be happier! I still look like me but a little younger and more 'awake' looking. I will be returning when the treatments need topping up, and would definitely consider other treatments or perhaps surgery. The administration staff were all very courteous and informative, and I was able to visit the clinic at 7.00 in the evening which was very convenient. Would definitely recommend.
