Valley and peak are awesome
Valley and peak are awesome, they really care about their customers. I had to change the shipping address for a DCF tent which I emailed and it was all sorted within half an hour. Package arrived next morning and you always get a bag of Skittles with your order. A really good company with a brilliant reputation.

Excellent products, delivery and customer service.
I ordered a couple of items from the website which were sent soon after and delivered within 48 hrs. There was a little issue with one of the items I received and this was dealt with really quickly and efficiently.
I am so glad I chose Valley and Peak for my recent purchases before an upcoming hiking trip..can’t wait to hit the trails and test everything too! All in all a great online shopping experience from an independent retailer with a very good range of products. Totally recommended.

Fantastic family company
I’ve bought 2 tents from these guys.
I happened to bend one of the poles on my recent camp and emailed the company to enquire if they stocked spare poles for the tent in question.
Got a notification of an item dispatched to me from the company, so checked my emails to find that Jim is sending me a whole new poles set FREE OF CHARGE, yes you heard it FREE OF CHARGE.
How amazing is that? This company will be my go to for definite.

Good gear for long distance hikes
I purchased some gear during the Black Friday sale for my upcoming thru-hike. They are one of the few, if not the only, site that sells decent ultralight gear at reasonable prices in the UK. With more lines incoming I look forward to continuing to shop here.
