Excellent Service
We needed a home PC to replace our old (and very slow) one. With Windows 10 coming to an end, we looked for one with Windows 11 installed. We concentrated on companies offering a 12-month warranty, giving us a similar level of security to buying new.
ValuComputers had the best value of any suitable refurbished PCs we found online. We emailed them with a couple of questions, and Kurtis replied quickly and with clear answers, so we ordered a Lenovo ThinkCentre M900 from them. It arrived just 2 working days after ordering, very well packaged. It's in excellent condition inside and out, and runs like a dream, taking just 30 seconds from power on to home screen.
We only have a couple of very minor criticisms: we couldn't get their contact form to work, and the online tracking of the delivery wasn't updated. We dealt with the first problem by sending them an email, and the second didn't really matter as the PC was delivered very quickly.
We would highly recommend ValuComputers to anyone looking for a good quality refurbished computer.

The problems were not of Val-U-Computers making but the way that Dell operating system worked.
I have bought laptops from them in the past, and would purchase from them again. Well done Val-U-Computers.

Excellent company to deal with
I am a pensioner having limited PC skills and purchased the incorrect model for my needs. I had set it up and realised that the Graphics was not up to the task. Explained this to Kurtis at Valu Computers, within days my PC was returned and without fuss I received a full refund.
Well worth 5 stars would recommend.

This the second Thinkcentre desktop ...
Yet to set this one up, but this the second Thinkcentre desktop purchased from Valucomputers, as the first has behaved flawlessly, with a decent i5 processor, 16Gb RAM, optical drive and 256Gb SSD. Wi-Fi and a speaker in the box, which looked new to me, completed a very good deal. Setup was rapid, even for old person, and delivery was quick and sure; it comes with an ingenious air-cushion protective wrap!

Val-U-Computers were very helpful after I purchased a laptop from them. I am computer illiterate and wanted advice and the problem was discussed with me by a member of their staff. Everything was explained fully and I am now a happier person for the knowledge I have been given. I guess I am not so computer illiterate now. And yes, the laptop I purchased is just what I needed.
