Computer system totally refurbished…
Computer system totally refurbished including new keyboard and mouse - in excellent condition. Prompt delivery in two well packed boxes. One cable was missing, but I phoned Val-U-Computers at 4pm and it was delivered the very next day! Would definitely recommend.

The PC seems to be in good condition…
The PC seems to be in good condition and runs. The DVD player does not open (haven't had time to inform Val-U yet).
My concern was: I do not give out my phone number very often, the bank account I used, I do not use often (2nd account), 30 minutes after placing my order I had a mobile phone number phone my home number and try to fraudulently withdraw £500 from my account.

After a shakey start with no delivery info and a power lead that didn't work, I was wondering if I had made the right choice. But every time I rang up the guys were flawlessly polite and helpful. Got my replacement lead and everything is working great.

Excellent Company For PCs
I wanted a PC to play my old XP games on and Valucomputers fitted the bill perfectly. The man I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and helpful. The price for the computer was great value for money. My PC arrived very quickly. It was sent by DPD who are an excellent courier company. My games booted up right away and now I am happily playing them again. I would certainly recommend this company.
