After care is terrible

I did a quote online no issue within 20seconds they called saying they want to help get it cheap strange but ok I toke out the policy paid my deposit later that day I found another policy online a lot cheaper so I want to cancel
They called me today out the blue I thought perfect I don’t need to sit on hold for 20 mins the chap on the phone said no problem il put you through to the right department,ok , 30 minutes on hold and the phone cut off just tried to call again another 40min on hold well stuff it you call me when the direct debit doesn’t go through 👍 quick to take your money then they not interested I bet it would be the same for a claim
Update today had a call from complaints department a lovely lady called Anna cancelled my policy immediately and with a full refund very help and polite
