04/20 I received return label and sent this order back. And that's it...
Last week I called to the company again to find out about my refund. Some guy told me that he going to figure out about that and call me back or email to me next day... Also I sent couple of emails to Sydney Shealy
(Customer Care Returns Specialist) and still no response...

Wonderful to have a company like this ~that is able to provde us with good quality products in those extra details and replacement parts.
I placed my order on 4 May 2018 as of today (14 June) I still do not have the entire order. I had to call and complain 5 times as parts of the order were not received. When one part of the order was received I complained that most of the order was missing and was told that what I received was all there is. I argued by reading from the internet ad noting all the parts that were included in the sale. Finally the sales rep checked and agreed. I eventually received this major part of the order. I never received an invoice until 12 June when I argued that my charge account was billed on 7 May and I never received an invoice but was told different prices each time I called to follow up on my missing order. The price being charge was NOT the price listed on the Internet when I ordered on 4 May. On 12 June the sales rep corrected after I argued and she sent me an invoice promising a refund on overcharges. This was an expensive order for me and originally promised 3-5 day delivery. Now 14 June and then plumber I hired is still waiting to do the work. My experience is evidence of the worst service I've ever received anywhere.

Product was great but wrong size. Reordered correct size, returned wrong one but still waiting for credit. Requested 3 times.
I ordered walnut knobs from Van Dyke's several months ago, and was told I should get my order in 14-21 days. Part of the order arrived on schedule. The back ordered portion was supposed to arrive by end of May, but did not, and then I got an email advising me that it would be August before my order could be filled. I have a client who could not use her bureau drawers and this was unacceptable. I cancelled the remainder of the order, and requested a shipping label so that I could return the knobs that had been shipped and have the costs credited to my credit card. That label has not arrived. I am very disappointed.

We wanted matching colors for our hinges and cabinet latches. The hinges were the correct color. The latches that came in a separate box were black. We could not use them. We still do not know what to do with our cabinets.

One of the worst customer service interactions I ever had. When put on hold, you had to push a button every 30 seconds to remain in the que. Also it took days for an order to be cancelled.
FYI if an item is considered “available “ does not mean it is ready to ship or even made.

Great product (hanging brackets for Victorian wooden screens)! One little glitch was that some of the provided screws had heads that were smaller than the holes in the brackets. I used some larger screws from my hardware inventory.
