Avoid paid for 2 vapes one was faulty…
Avoid paid for 2 vapes one was faulty and one was fine emailed and said even sent a video as proof and the response you get next time u order we will put it in for you, one breaking the law for a start i have paid for items not my fault that one was faulty should never have to order again to receive working product will be contacting trading standards and back to claim money back all emails sent as proof

Placed small order on 15th July 2026, money taken for order but no acknowledgement given since, plus no response from email or online. Website now appears down. Eventually refunded, so not a scammer, just incompetent.

Ordered some products 2 days ago, everything in stock, emailed today as paid for the 1-2 day shipping 24 hour tracking and haven’t got my items as they said the one i ordered was out of stock in the email, but when ordered it wasn’t. they haven’t emailed me back as i asked what others have they got that are in stock and never got back to me. rang them multiple times. this time got someone on the phone that did nothing pretty much, and was quite rude both times i have now spoken to them, and said that they’ll get back to me in 15 minutes about my order and never did. so have asked for a refund, so awaiting a refund. order at your own risk of possibility of not getting your own order.
