A really good company

Some time ago I posted a short, positive review of Vapestorm. Today I see that it has been removed though I can’t imagine why, unless trustpilot thought it was bogus. It wasn’t! I said in that review that I have found them to be the best vaping re supply company (by far) and I stand by that. So I am moved to write another review. Vapestorm are just great.

Always fantastic service

Always fantastic service, brilliant and trusted products at reasonable prices. Delivery is always reliable and on point. I've been using Vapestorm all the way back to the dnc eBay days and I've never had a single issue. Thank you!

Says order shipped but no tracking…

Says order shipped but no tracking number and nothing came.doesnt answer messages on website.phone just goes to answer phone.doesnt reply to text messages.avoid this company as i have had to get refund through paypal

We’d like to provide an update regarding this review.

The customer requested a replacement item, which was delivered the very next day.

They then informed us that they would close the PayPal case once the parcel arrived. However, after receiving the item, they claimed to have asked us 3–4 times to cancel the order and issue a refund instead.

In the end, the customer received both a full refund and the product — for free.

Thank you once again for this truly memorable shopping experience.
