Consultation
I attended the Newcastle centre for an initial consultation. I was able to park outside without any issues, was greeted by a friendly receptionist, who checked me in. My appointment was on time and everything that they were doing was explained to me. Also I was informed about what the procedure would be if I went ahead and what this would entail. Altogether a pleasant experience. I've now booked in to have the procedure completed.

Would not recommend
Would not recommend, misleading information about follow up treatment included in initial cost when it isn't, even if veins missed or treatment doesn't work! Go to the Nuffield instead if in Newcastle upon Tyne !
Just to follow up on my review,although the veincentre responded to my review to say they would like to discuss they have not bothered to do so. I guess they just wanted to look like they cared on Trustpilot! I stand by my opinion of them, the veins I needed treated were very superficial and unfortunately I still have them. I will be going to the Nuffield in Newcastle for any further treatment.

my wife had really pronounced vein…
my wife had really pronounced vein around the knees . after a treatment here involving injections into the veins her legs are back to their best and clear of those awful blue spider veins .
nice job and not expensive either !!

Follow Up Visit
Dr was more professional and treated me with respect unlike my previous visit for laser treatment.
I was able to get into the clinic straightaway unlike last time when the receptionist left me outside for nearly 10 minutes: I needed the bathroom after a 90 minute journey. When the foam is being massaged into your leg I found it quite painful. Non plussed to find it will be 2/3 months to know if it has worked.

Just had my last visit at the vein centre this morning with no more treatment needed, I suffered for years with varicous veins in both legs, the results are amazing, I can now go on holiday and wear shorts and dresses, a big thank you to Dr Mark and Hazel for changing my life should have done it sooner Thank you

Dr Mark Regi and Hazel were professional, friendly and put me at ease straight away from initial consultation, through to treatment stage and then again at the follow up appointment. I’m very happy with the results and would highly recommend to anyone thinking of varicose vein treatment.

Very professional and friendly
Very professional and friendly. Pleased with the results. Quite expensive but what isn’t these days. Dr Mark Regi explained everything clearly and answered any questions I had. The 2nd follow up appointment consisted of Hazel, the nurse, making sure all the little thread veins were treated. She did a great job. All in all a great experience and I would recommend.

Make an appointment
I had non varicose reticulated dark blue veins that stopped me wearing shorts and going on holidays for years. The difference was amazing and I wish I hadn’t put off seeking treatment for so long. Dr Regi and Nurse Hazel at the Newcastle centre are so friendly and put me at ease and the cost wasn’t anywhere near what I thought it would be. I’ve been back for top up sclerotherapy and Thermavein treatment on my face with Hazel which has also produced fantastic results.

Still have the same visible veins
Whilst the staff were lovely and the clinic was very welcoming, my spider veins are still as visible as they were before having 2 procedures in line with the advice given.

Informative before booking
Great experience everything was explained fully . The procedures were guided throughout . All staff were professional , helpful and friendly. Follow up was reassuring as was aftercare.

Visited Newcastle centre this morning…
Visited Newcastle centre this morning for EVLA carried out by Dr Mark Regi and Nurse Hazel. From entering reception was made to feel at ease. Having read all the documentation was expecting some pain during procedure. However found actual procedure virtually pain free, just a feeling of pressure and occasional nipping sensation. Both Mark and Hazel very professional but chatted and made experience very easy

Both Mark and Hazel were lovely and very reassuring. My leg looks so much better. From not wanting to wear shorts to now can’t wait for the summer to show my legs off.
Also , Tracy the receptionist is very welcoming and makes a lovely coffee.

Made me feel at ease
The clinic is easy to find and has plenty of parking. I was welcomed straight away, checked in and asked if I wanted a drink. There are tea and coffee facilities in reception. I was nervous about getting my legs out - I have lipoedema and have always been self conscious of them - but felt at ease with Dr Regi and Hazel. Everything was explained clearly and the room was spotless. I have booked in for a procedure and I'm not worried at all.
