Useless for leaks
Advertised as absorbent, for dealing with low level leakage. They are decent knickers, but overpriced for what they are. I ordered a size up and that fits ok. However the gusset is no more absorbent, or better placed, to deal with leaks than any ordinary underwear. Luckily I am cynical, took a risk on ordering, so was not disappointed. Took a good 2 weeks to arrive. Back to M&S for something that works!

I bought the underwear through Facebook…
I bought the underwear through Facebook add which I’ll never do again. I actually received the underwear eventually after 2 weeks but the sizing is completely off. Far too small and no size tags on the product so no idea if wrong size has been sent or if they are just small and incorrectly sized. The quality is poor. I think this company is a scam. Do not buy.

At first i thought this was a scam as i heard nothing for 3 weeks. I emailed the seller and i then received the order.
The so called antibacterial pants seem poor quality with no labels. They appear to be synthetic material with ordinary cotton gusset. Not the quality I was led to believe from the website. I wouldn't consider buying anything from them again. I don't know if I can even be bothered with the woo haa of returning
for a refund.

Can't understand how there arepositive…
Can't understand how there arepositive reviews on Trust Pilot about this company, I feel they are fraudulent and what is more they have my credit card details for an online order placed 2 weeks ago. Needless to say I have not received the order and it's impossible to track on the courier's website. I have raised a dispute with my credit card company and should receive my refund. In the meantime Trust Pilot should downgrade Venetian Lace to minus stars. Do not have anything to do with Venetian Lace

Update 14.03.35: I have now had notification of my full refund and don't need to return the knickers, which I guess is quite reasonable, but I'm really still not sure about how legitimate this company is and doesn't change my view about time from order to delivery, cheap packaging and poor quality product.
Original review: I also ordered on the 25th February but my order did eventually arrive over 2 weeks later. However, the quality is poor, packaging cheap and so I raised it with PayPal to get my money back. The mystery Jade then emailed me to say she would refund if I dropped the PayPal case, so I did and have emailed Jade twice since then and heard zero back. So now I feel pretty silly and doubly scammed. I will however alter this review if you do actually refund me as promised Jade.

No sign of my order. Emails sent to the team have been returned undelivered. I have emailed customer service and have had no reply. My tracking that was with yodel has now disappeared and says this is not a shop. I believe unfortunately I have been scammed. Feeling furious at this so called company.

I placed an online order on 25th February and have never received it! I have just been fobbed of with placating emails. I asked for the complaints procedure but never received that either. I think that Venetian Lace is a fraudulent company and that I have been scammed.

Took absolutely ages to arrive and the yodel tracking said SHEIN!! I found the exact same pants for less than £3. The sizes are small and I can’t wear my normal size. The material is nice.

Ridiculously small
Ridiculously small I ordered a size up I am a standard U.K. 16 checked my measurements ordered the XL which is an 16 as I wanted them to be comfy . They are way too tight around the leg area , completely unwearable! I am sure they would be comfortable was I able to get them on!
