Sorted my Upline 3 at the Glasgow Baby and Toddler Show. Served by Gary who was brilliant - so friendly and helpful. Immediately ordered after a great demonstration and advice.

Awesome company beyond helpful sending out a new car seat after the last one was recalled, emailed on the Monday and the new one was dispatched the same day.

Handles become faulty ( rubber) venicci agreed to fix the issue, pram was sent away and came back with a new part fitted.

Genuinely the best customer service I’ve received.

In a world where businesses seemingly don’t care, Venicci have really stood out.

We ordered a pram on the understanding there would be a travel stand brought out shortly for it. Transpired that this wasn’t the case so I reached out to discuss.

Sandra went over and above to resolve the issue for us. Nothing ever felt like an issue, she was so proactive and responsive. She has sorted for us to get a different model with a travel stand. They even collected the original pram personally and will be delivering the new one for us!

Both Sandra and Katie are a credit to the company.

We’re so used to companies being faceless and only bothered about getting the money off you. Venicci are the complete opposite, they genuinely do care about the customer. I’ve never received such good service before!

It would be lovely if other companies treated their customers in the same way!

Harry was very knowledgeable today when selling us the Tila bundle at Sanddown. It was an excellent demo and was passionate about the company he worked for but put no pressure on us to buy.
We didnt intend to buy but we felt we wouldnt find a better product or company out there that considered the design and materials so much for ease and usability.

Harry was incredible. He was knowledgable and hands on, showing us exactly how everything worked which was so important as a first time mum. The products are so versatile and easy to use

I was bought the upline SE in lava in 2024. Absolutely loved the pram. Unfortunately within 6 months of using it the coating on the frame and seat started to chip and crack. I contacted Venicci who arranged collection for it to be repaired and delivered back to me. This took about 4 days in total. Unfortunately the same things has happened again but worse this time. Again I’ve contacted them and within 12 hours they had responded (I emailed after 8pm and had a response the next morning) asking a few questions and have offered me a brand new travel system! The travel system is due to be delivered the next day and again they have arranged for collection of my old pram. Can not fault the customer service team and the service they have provided me with. Thank you

Dealt with Tristan, I had a problem with my chassis, they came and collected it & sent me a loan on saturday, got it returned to me on Tuesday fully fixed! Brillant customer service

My wife and I are expecting our first child in August and what pram to choose felt so overwhelming! Fortunately we ran into Harry, who was able to show us the Upline2 and its functionalities (as well as how to put it up and down!) and the product is so easy to use and handles amazingly.

Absolutely love my Venicci pram for my newborn. I had issues with my carrycot and got in touch with Venicci to see if I could purchase a new one, Sacha was super friendly and a great help. She managed to sort me a new carrycot, free of charge, without any hassle at all. Very happy, thank you :)
