Hot Water Tap- A Game Changer!
We installed a hot water tap from Verana and it’s been a complete game changer in our kitchen. We heavily relied on our kettle and we’re constantly boiling it throughout the day, having hot water in an instant has completely been a saviour for us. Unfortunately, we did experience an issue where it stopped working due to an error with the boiler. Despite efforts to resolve the issue, Verana arranged a full replacement, which was a wonderful surprise! Their customer service has been outstanding and we are so pleased with their excellent support.

I Bought a verana boiler tap just over a year ago and it has been great buy unfortunately we had a problem with the pump recently and the company very kindly agreed to replace it even though it was just out of the warranty period. The communications were fantastic and I couldn’t have been happier with the outcome. Looking forward to receiving my replacement pump soon.

We installed a three-in-one tap, and it’s been a game-changer in our kitchen—highly efficient and a refreshing switch from the kettle. Unfortunately, it stopped working shortly after the maintenance period ended. I contacted the company via email, and they provided detailed instructions on how to clean it, but despite my efforts, it still wouldn’t function properly. In the end, they arranged a full replacement, which was a wonderful surprise! I was genuinely impressed and delighted with their excellent support.

Thrilled with my hot water tap! It's convenient, safe, and stylish and it was less expensive than other brands. Can't imagine going back to a kettle.
I was a little hesitant as I wasn't familiar with the brand. However, both the product itself and the service I've received have been outstanding. The customer service team has been incredibly responsive. They reply to emails immediately, are always helpful, and are clearly committed to resolving any issues quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!

I bought a three-in-one water heater, but it broke down just after the maintenance period. I contacted the product company by email and they taught me how to clean the machine, but unfortunately the machine still did not work normally. Finally, the product company arranged to replace it with a new one for me! I was really surprised and happy.
Great customer support
Purchased a 3 in 1 hot tap which has been a great addition to our kitchen, we recently experienced some issues with the boiler, but with a call to the customer support line, Zara initially offered steps to troubleshoot, and when these weren't successful a new boiler was dispatched by Ahmed.

Boiler on our hot tap stop working, but unfortunately it was out of warranty, but the team still helped us out and discounted us a new one and a new filter.
Would not recommend
I purchased a 3 in 1 Gunmetal tap and received a damaged spout. I have since been sent two replacements, both of which had even worse damage / imperfections to the finish. I now have three faulty spouts - I have been advised that I need to arrange myself the returns and have been offered no remedial solution. I have asked several times that the return is arranged by Verana given the issue is theirs, however they are unwilling to arrange. The tap is a good price but it’s reflected in the quality of the finish and service. I am at a loss of what to do as we have not been offered a refund on the payment made or an alternative tap. Would not recommend purchasing from Verana.

My Hot water under sink Boiler became defective just beyond it's warranty period, which is a shame as it was such a good product. Nevertheless Verana have offered to replace it Free of charge, so I am just waiting for it to be delivered now.

Tap from these guys. Mine was £499 and at just 18 months it has broken and today I have just had to pay £120 for a new boiler. The warranty is only 12 months. Also I bought the black one which is coated metal and the paint is coming off.
I’m so incredibly disappointed by the quality. I would really recommend a different choice.
Faulty tap after 6 months and disgraceful customer service
Bought a 4-in-1 Hanstrom tap from verana.co.uk mid-2024. Worked well until January 2025 when something clearly went wrong with the internals in the tap, boiling water coming out when running normal cold water, scolding my wife's hand, and a constant drip, as well as other issues. They were very responsive and sent me a replacement tap. However, it has obviously cost me money to have the tap replaced, as it requires a professional plumber, and they are refusing to pay the fitting costs for the replacement tap. Why should I pay for this? If a part on your car is faulty under warranty, the car dealer does not charge you to fit it! It's part of the warranty claim. Why should I have to pay to fit a replacement tap when the original tap was faulty? I will never buy from this company ever again. As several others have said: buy cheap, buy twice. Should have bought a Quooker, which is exactly what I'll do once this replacement tap no doubt breaks down also!
My Hanstrom boiler had an E4 error
My Hanstrom boiler had an E4 error. I called Verana and even though the boiler was slightly out of warranty they sent a replacement over to me. Very happy.

I bought my tap in October 23, didn’t have it installed until feb 24 due to house renovations taking a lot longer than we thought.. fast forward to January 25 and the boiler tank has packed up and broken. No help whatsoever from verana as it’s out of warranty. We had regularly purchased their £50 a pop filters too.
Please note the other reviews from the other customers who advise it breaks after a year, trust me it does!!!!!!!! We have now sadly invested in a Quooker, as someone else said, buy cheap buy twice! Wouldn’t recommend.
Buy cheap, buy twice - avoid.
Like other reviews the boiler on our hot tap has stopped working within 12 months of being installed (it showed signs of being faulty within the first six months, but I managed to get it working again - big mistake, I should have sent it back then). This was despite changing the filters and carrying out descaling regularly.
The company are stating that as it is out of warranty they don’t have to repair or replace - not true given the fault was reported within 6, so now we have to unfortunately take legal action against them, over a tap!!
Unfortunately a company to avoid who are selling products not up for the job.
Don't waste your money!
Much like the last review on here, our boiler has broken after 14 months of purchasing, despite following all of the care procedures/ changing the filter every 6 months as advised and following steps to reset the boiler it still won't work! The Company are refusing to do anything about as the warranty (of 1 year) has just expired and our only option is that we purchase a new boiler for £149!! Very poor service, very poor products and would not recommend wasting your money!

Tap failed after 6 months. Boiler after a year and 1 week. Company currently refusing to do anything about it because the boiler warranty is a year. Very poor quality piece of kit - uneconomical given its incredibly short lifespan, terrible for the planet given all that waste. Would not recommend.
