I bought the instant hot water tap 12…

I bought the instant hot water tap 12 months ago and it has been fantastic.
Delivery was super fast and installation was really easy.
Customer service was also exceptional. I would totally recommend this product and company to anyone. 5 stars.

Boiler Broke, tripping out electricity

Boiler Broke! Had a Hansgrove 3 in 1 tap fitted 18 months ago. Replaced the filters as instructed every 6 months, but given only 12 month warranty, really disappointing performance. Boiler kept tripping out the electricity, got to about 30 degrees and broke. Went through troubleshooting and unable to resolve with customer service so forced to buy a new one as invested in the tap and the filters. Generally disappointed with it. When works the hot water is good, but can spit and so need to be very careful where your hands and arms are when using

Bought a Hanstrom 3-1 instant hot water…

Bought a Hanstrom 3-1 instant hot water tap this time last year and it’s been fantastic all year. But in the last week we’ve had lots of power cuts and it suddenly stopped working. Contacted Verana and they replaced it immediately - no questions asked. Brilliant customer service from this company and really great helpline support.

Brilliant and efficient

Brilliant company, start to finish. A pleasure to liaise with and super efficient.

I cannot recommend Verana enough - the customer service team was on hand to deal with my queries and they were dealt with almost immediately.

Despite me not following the…Instructions

Despite me not following the instructions {which I lost} I therefore did not remember to change the filter once in 13 months ,whoops. The Hanstrom hot water instant tap was working so well up until it stopped heating.
However after contacting customer service they gave instructions on how to remedy the problem .
Customer services have despite being out of warranty offered a replacement/

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company.
Brought a quote ‘premium’ and ‘luxury’ tap online 2 years ago. Has been faulty 3 times within this time and now completely broken.

First time fault reporting within a few months there I have grounds for an exchange under the consumer rights act 2015.
Managers are incompetent of this knowledge and only claim warranty which as my product has been faulty from the start and not as described I am entitled to.

Refused to listen to me on the telephone very frustrating. Also was told the company isn’t verana that’s only a customer facing names it’s in fact flip stock!

Hot water tap boiler

We recently had an issue with our hot water tap boiler and so I contacted customer services and spoke with Ahmed and Zara. They promptly helped me fix the boiler and the tap is now as good as new. We use it the whole time, I can't imagine going back to a kettle. Great customer service.

Hanstrom 3 in 1 hot water tap

I recently purchased the Hanstrom 3-in-1 hot water tap, and I couldn’t be happier with the upgrade to my kitchen. It’s incredibly convenient to have hot, cold, and near-boiling water (up to 98°C) all from one tap. I use it daily for tea, coffee, and cooking, and it’s much quicker than waiting for a kettle to boil

The combination of functionality, safety, and style makes it a fantastic investment. If you’re looking to modernize your kitchen while saving time and counter space, I’d highly recommend it. It’s practical, reliable, and worth every penny!

Changed tap this week still does not work
Very difficult to speak to customer services
Asked for an engineer to assess still waiting
Customer has had no boiling water for 6 months nearly what a joke
