Cheap, but not very reliable

I have had my Verana 3 in 1 tap just under two years. I recognise that it is significantly cheaper than the well known Quooker brand but I guess you get what you pay for. My boiler has packed up after just two years. They originally asked for £140 for a new one but eventually got down to £99. I decided to not replace it. Even before the boiler went the tap had issues with spitting and dripping. The tap was replaced under warranty. I guess the choice is there. Buy cheaper and replace, which one could do three times or spend the extra and go for the Quooker. However, I have no idea how good that is either.

Great customer service

Ahmed was brilliant, I needed my tap delivered earlier than planned and he organised this for me super quick with no extra charge as they were going to cancel my quartz appointment.

4-in-1 tap

We ordered a 4-in-1 tap from Verana and it arrived a few days later. Looks lovely - we’ve just requested a replacement part which is all in hand to complete the installation then it’ll be perfect 👌🏻

Zara & Ahmed were very helpful when I…

Zara & Ahmed were very helpful when I first had an issue with my boiler. Ahmed sent me instructions on how to restart it up - it was clear and easy to follow. They since followed up to see how things were going which I appreciated.
The tap itself is very beautiful in my kitchen and works well. It provides hot water efficiently and quickly.

3n1 tap

We have been very pleased with our 3n1 tap but unfortunately the boiler stopped working. Unfortunately it was over a year since I had bought the product but less than a year since the product was fitted. Ahmed helped me to supply proof of this and was able to replace the boiler for me. Thank you Ahmed for your help.

Verana

We bought our Hanstrom 4in1 boiling tap in May 2023 this tap has been excellent and we absolutely love it!
The price was good and delivery was quick and hassle free. Had small problem which was quickly resolved by Adam.

Brilliant customer service

I purchased a Hanstrom Verana 3-in-1 Swan Touch Instant Boiling Water Tap with Boiler & Filter in brushed gold back in early 2023 in preparation for a complete kitchen refit. The refit was finally completed with the tap and boiler being installed some three months later. Some 12+ months later it developed a slight leak, although technically outside the warranty period, the extremely helpful customer services who actually answer the phone and respond quickly replaced the part that was leaking with no fuss. Whilst I can’t give the product a 5 star rating as it leaked it the 5+ star rating from the customer services more than compensates. So, I have no issues with giving the overall product experience 5 stars.

I bought 3 in one tap

I bought 3 in one tap, was happy with it so far. The service team is very helpful and answers your requests very quickly. I had a good service from Ahmed and Zara.
He sent me a link to try to restart my boiler, unfortunately it didn’t work. They helped me in ordering a new one.

I purchased a tap last Christmas and…

I purchased a tap last Christmas and due to unforeseen delays in getting my new kitchen installed, I then wanted to exchange it for a different finish almost 9 months later. Even though I was well outside the usual refund/purchase period, Amaan was very helpful and arranged for it to be swapped all the same. I really appreciate the help and flexibility.
