I came across vrg girl on Instagram and was immediately attracted by their design and the vibe of the clothings. It took me a while to figure out the correct sizing, but after that, I kept going back. One thing that can be improved is the logistics as it takes at least two weeks to get the products delivered from Australia to the US.

I have ordered from VRG GRL a few times now and each time has been incredibly smooth and successful. The quality of their clothes is really good and the fit is also incredible, when going based on my own measurements and matching up to their sizing charts. The items have been shipping within 1 business day and standard shipping itself takes about 8 business days (from Australia to the United States), which honestly isn’t bad at all. I have recommended this brand to my friends and look forward to shopping here again.

I bought lots of clothes from verge girl before. I love their own designed clothes, however, all corsets I bought from them have cheap quality. The garment part of the corsets are cheap material and straight away made holes in the clothes after only worn once (I handwash all my corset top). This is disappointed because I quite like the design and don't want it to be only worn once.

VRG GRL is absolutely amazing.

I love them, their dresses are amazing quality, styles are immaculate, and the customer support is top tier.
My first purchase wasn’t as smooth, just because since it came from a long way the info on the label rubbed off and it got kind of lost. But it eventually did get to me. For my second purchase I asked them to cover the label with clear plastic so it wouldn’t rub off again, and they did so. Delivery was timely, smooth, and no issues were encountered.
Customer support answers quickly and are very helpful.
One of the best places were I’ve invested my money at.

I think it is a great online shop. cool styles, quality clothing. and the best part is you can be part of their social communication. true size fitting.

I originally found this site through tik tok and had my eyes set on one dress. After browsing the website I found so much more. Luckily the app had a promo code. Everything I ordered came quickly and looked so cute!

Great experience and amazing clothes!!!

Verge Girl has some of the cutest clothes I've found. Their website is easy to navigate with heaps and heaps of super cute clothing items that are trendy but also not too basic.
I recently bought a dress from them that fit perfectly, had great fabric and looked amazing! Their clothes are just wow!
However, I have bought a few other things from them in the past and the fabric on these items were a little on the thin side (e.g. I bought a singlet crop top type thing and I can only wear it with a white bra because the fabric would show the black bra underneath). But other than that my experience with them has been great, they have super cute clothes and I love shopping there.

This is a gorgeous shirt in a beautifully unique print in a silky fabric. It's rather oversized so size down. For reference, I am a size 6 in tops, and I exchanged the small for an XS.

Worst customer service, difficult returns process.

I got my package sooner than expected and the things I order were in great condition. The top I ordered was great quality and super cute! I will totally purchase from here more often!

Terrible experience. I feel like I have been misled at every stage of purchase. From additional fees for the items to enter the country, to the longer delivery time (I was definitely told 2-4 days, but it turns out that is only in Australia and UK is 5-10 business days), to a misleading returns policy. The returns policy is only 7 days (which is incredibly unusual, and unfair given crazy delay on delivery), and apparently I ordered some shorts in the sale (these shorts did not look like they were in the sale at all - how am I supposed to know the price has changed?) and no sale items can be returned. If all of this information was clear at the time of purchase then it would have been fair enough, but it was deliberately hidden and unclear on the website. Quite frankly they should not be delivering to the U.K. if they are going to make it so difficult. On top of all of that the quality of clothes is shocking. I wish I had never bought from them - a complete waste of money and time.

i have been searching for a high quality dress that i can style up or down, and since this has been in my cart for about 1 year, the payoff was real!! the dress is so comfortable and warm, casual and formal, and it matches my other sweater’s material perfectly so i’m stoked! i got the learn french skirt aswell and although the lace is more nude than white, it’s adorable and comfy. both the dress and my skirt fit my waist to thigh ratio awesomely with 0 zippers which is so nice.

Horrible quality. Items have the feel of a piece of paper, are scratchy (for their linen items) and are just overall not worth it. If quality isn't that big of a deal for you (and tbh some of their items have manageable quality) then at the very least its not worth the price. Why on earth are you pricing SHEIN and Alibaba quality items with ZARA prices? Ordered 4 items and my total was over $250! Ended up returning 3 out of the 4 because I just couldn't justify the quality for the price even though the items are arguably cute. Spend your money elsewhere. Sizing runs small as it's sized in AU not US.

Returns cost about $30 so beware! In terms of the actual refund and returns, they lay out the process for you with very clear instructions so that's a plus; delivery to their base and refund processing took exactly a week--its up to my bank now to process the money back to my account. With this in mind, I'll give them 2 stars just for their return process. If it was only up to the clothes themselves then 1 star for sure.

I love VRG GRL, the clothes they sell, the vibe and experience they stand for, and how they empower girls to be their most authentic selves with the clothing they choose! It's great seeing blog posts and a nice mix of content in my inbox from them every couple days and it's definitely part of the reason I keep coming back!

Clothes are great and amazing quality however the delivery really does let them down. Don’t pay attention to the delivery times specified at checkout out as they are majorly inaccurate.

You are expecting a 3 week wait for standard delivery if living in the UK. The customer service team are also very unwilling to help when something goes wrong. I have had trouble with delivery a couple of times and raised this with them. They have admitted there is a problem with time frames specified at checkout (admitting this is dispatch time only and could be clearer) but have never done anything to rectify this.

This was my first time shopping with VRG GRL and I absolutely fell in love with the styles offered on the site. I had been looking for the perfect dress for my Paris themed birthday this year and I came across the Paris Is Calling dress and everything about it, including the name, was perfect! It was the most feminine and flattering fit and I received so many compliments.
