The site was so easy, clear and has the cutest aesthetic reflecting a comfortable and stylish brand. This might have been one of my most enjoyable and exciting shopping experiences, being able to pick from a wide variety of clothing with many bargains and extremely fast shipping services as well. I think I might have found my forever store!

I ordered a dress from this online store, but I never received it.

I never received the parcel, so I contacted customer service twice. They did not help me; instead, they said that I should contact Australia Post about it. However, no one at Australia Post was able to give me an answer or find my missing parcel.

I had previously ordered many things from this website, but I will never order anything again.

I love their stuff, it can be hit and miss on quality and what it is represented like.

However, their new refund system is shockingly dodgy! You have to first give details of your identification, such as license numbers and Medicare. Then they ask for your full bank account details. This is odd considering I paid via Afterpay and am not allowed to have it paid back this way? I shouldn’t have to give all my details to a random company to have to organised… no other online retailer does it this way.

I really love their clothing affordable, beautiful and great quality. They have outstanding costumer service and are one of my favourite brands to buy from ❤️special thanks to Bryony at costumer service my experience was great!

I’be been using the app recently as I do allot of shopping on my phone and I find it so easy to use and navigate especially when it comes to adding items to my wish list! Also super fast and trustworthy shipping!

All items I’ve bought from VRG GRL have been as expected if not better. The fit and material are always a described and I have had no unwanted surprises. Items are always delivered swiftly and they really are my regular go-to now. Love their stuff, highly recommend.

Shipping is extremely fast which is just a plus to VRG GRL. This was my first purchase from them and I absolutely love them! The material of their clothing is so soft and everything is true to size. They also have good size guides and references in case you are unsure like I was. Love this company and all of their unique clothes!

VRG GRL is my go to website. I’ll browse other stores but always end up back at Verge Girl. I love that they have clothes which are cool and with the trends but also not super mainstream. Service is always good, speedy shipments, easy returns. I might be a little addicted to VRG GRL and I’m constantly waiting for the new arrivals!!

I ordered a few items from them because their clothes looked so cute online. The shipping was fairly quick, and arrived within 2 weeks (I'm in the U.S). However, when I returned two of the items that did not fit me, they never sent me a refund. They would answer all my emails regarding how to return the package, but once it was delivered to their hub, they completed ghosted me. Their explanation was that "my email got lost in the inbox and that it wouldn't happen again", but now they have ghosted me again. I returned the two items in August and am still waiting for my $200. I email them every week and never get a reply. I would not recommend ordering if you want safe returns.

Honestly best shopping experience with VRG GRL, I cannot fault it.
I now pretty much only shop online, so needless to say, I have have had experience with endless businesses / brands from big labels to small across many industries. VRG overall is up there with the best.
This was my first shop with VRG and pretty much placed another order 2 days later as I was so impressed. I work in the rag trade and I am completely happy with the product I received, quality / pricing is spot on, it's now my go to for on trend pieces.
Online experience to checkout was seamless and best of all the shipping time was super quick, which I love.

VRG GRL honestly has the most amazing clothes, the fits are perfect and true to size. Shipping is soooo quick! They have a range of unique pieces aswell as things to wear everyday. I would 110% recommend this brand

I can't recommend VRG GRL highly enough! Their clothing is great quality at such reasonable prices, and all of my orders have arrived super quickly. I always get compliments when I wear the dresses I've bought, they're really flattering and comfy :)

Never recieved my package. Website says they require signature release for parcels. So I ordered an expensive order thinking it would be safe. Never got the package! No response from customer service to help. Proof of delivery shows the signature was front door so it was just left there and I guess someone stole it and now I'm out of luck. Horrible service never ordering from them again

The dress was great, arrived in time and was packaged nicely. The material was great and fit really nicely. Overall I was very pleased by my first experience with VRG GRL!

Verge girl is one of my favorite stores. They have unique items and ship very fast as I live in the US and they come from Australia. I typically get my items in around a week. I recommend them 100%. The only down side it the returns take a very long time. I have been waiting almost 2 months now just for store credit on 2 items I returned. I would recommend only ordering items you do not plan to return. Other than that I have been shopping there for over 6 years and it continues to be one of my favorites. Customer service is also very responsive and helpful.
