I love buying from VRG GRL. I love that it is an Australian brand. I love the styles and the outfitting of the product, I even love the different accessories they put with the outfits. I would absolutely buy the shoes, should they bring in range of them online. It is refreshing to see a brand play with printed fabrics and beautiful fabric textures. The cuts are great and I love wearing them, along with the compliments I get. The shopping experience on line from beginning to end is seamless too.

I was about to buy a dress and wanted to wait a day. When I came back to purchase, the price went up by almost 30% (starting 2/5/25) and the increase was applicable to everything else. Everything went up by around 30%. I was shocked, it was appalling. I guess tariffs has kicked in and their operations are purely Chinese. As sad as it is, I don’t think I can do 30% price hike for such fabric and quality plus inconsistent sizing. Very unfriendly to American shoppers!

Updated 2/27/25: I see prices adjusted to the original range that is prior to 30% tariff and with that, I have placed 2 new orders. Thank you for responding to my review! Updating 2 stars to 4 stars as I still need to be careful with sizing.

I purchased the most beautiful silver-grey knit and the quality is outstanding. It’s so soft and snuggly. The neck has a scarf type feature and can be worn in different styles. Even the buttons were covered in the knit - a feature usually reserved for much higher priced knitwear. Highly recommend this label for quality and style.

Not only is the delivery super fast (ordered 9:00am in Sydney and my items arrived by midday the NEXT day) - everything I have ordered has been incredibly high quality, stunning pieces. Returns process is super easy and I cannot fault this brand. I only ever buy from sites that allow refunds…don’t give me your store credit rubbish. VRG girl ticks every single box you want. Amazing, unique beautiful pieces that are high quality, fast delivery, easy returns & a rewards system. The best!!

I paid $100 for a checkered linen top from Vrg grl, just to have it arrive with a chunk of colour peeling off of the black square right on the front.
I emailed Vrg grl with an explanation and photos of the damage, as well of the tags still on the garment. They replied with a poor explanation about how peeling is expected with linen (why make such a top then?).
Vrg Grl have offered me either a store credit or a replacement of the top, which is not good enough.
I do not want a replacement of a top that they have told me will most likely peel again, nor do I want to support a shop who thinks $100 for such poor quality is okay.
At this stage, I will not shopping with them again
