I bought two dresses. Waited a lot for them to arrive. Once they did one run larger than expected, which can happen. The other has a missing button and was stained. I contacted the Customer Service, had a reply and was I get back to them I never heard from them again. Yesterday I wrote another email, nothing happened. Shipping was super expensive and the customer service is terrible. Now they ask for reviews, but to be honest did nothing for me or my shopping experience.
terrible company. They stole direct designs from South Asia and didn’t credit them. When they were called out on TikTok they deleted all of our comments and blocked us. The comment was asking them to credit the designers. Definitely would not recommend.
The customer service is super bad and slow when it comes to dealing with real issues. They sent me the wrong item, and it took 2 weeks and multiple emails to them to finally give me a return shipping label to send the item back after I opened a dispute file. Then the item was delivered almost 2 weeks ago, and I still haven't received my refund.
After this, I do not want to buy from them anymore. I used to like this brand a lot as the designs are amazing even though the quality is not that great and some of the dresses I ordered were sheer and the price is quite high for the item.
I’ve been so happy with my experiences and purchases from VRG GRL. The shipments have been quick to Canada, and my dresses are great quality, fit and design.
Order a few items including a dress. Completely shocked at the poor quality and the shortness of the dress. Didn’t even cover my bum! Returned everything and have been waiting over two weeks for my refund or any communication at all/ Starting to worry given it’s about $300 plus dollars.
Shipping times are fabulous and returns are very easy. The reward system is also a great way to save on pieces you’ve had your eye on. There’s frequently new collections released, each one even more stunning than the previous. Vrg Grl fashion is so unique and feminine in the best way. The sizing can sometimes be a little out but overall great size range/cut and material!
I was about to order linen pants, although their exclusive use of anorexic models annoyed me. Reading the sustainability page I realised it committed to absolutely nothing, just words. Decided to look them up in "good on you" which rates sustainability. Horrified to find that VRG is actually listed in the worst top 10 on an international database! I won't be ordering as there is enough choice of shops that do care about our environment. It is, of course, up to you to do your own research and make up your own mind, this was just my experience.
I have seen many advertisements for VRG GRL and wanted to try it out. My order took about 2 weeks + to get to me, once it did I was VERY disappointed in the clothing quality. Everything was almost see-through and very thin material. One of the pairs of pants I ordered was so shein-like that I couldn't believe the price I paid.
Therefore, I returned everything that wasn't on sale (they don't take returns for those which I can understand) it has now been 3 MONTHS and no email regarding and return being processed.
Overall never buy here. Still waiting for my $200+ to be refunded for items I returned 3 months ago.
I live in Canada, and have made three purchases from VRG GRL since March 2024. Of those three purchases, only one was delivered successfully. The second was ‘lost in transit’ (determined after almost two months of delayed communication where I was then provided with a giftcard in exchange for the lost items. I ended up losing money on this through the conversion from AUD to CAD and it did not cover the customs or premium delivery fees that I was originally charged), and the third order was dispatched on April 29th, but there has been no progress on its status aside from: "tracking number allocated, order ready" on Omni Parcel's tracking page since. I’ve contacted VRG GRL’s customer service team 3 times in the last 2 weeks with zero response about this issue. This is incredibly distressing, considering the amount of money that I spent on the most recent order and the fact that I’ve been charged for items that I haven’t received. I feel so disappointed, as I was genuinely excited about the pieces that I had ordered and the one item that did come through in March was so beautiful and well-made. Unfortunately, the large shipment delays (while charging premium shipping and promising delivery within 7 business days max) and poor/delayed customer service (if you hear back at all), has turned me off from ever feeling comfortable ordering from VRG GRL again. I’m honestly not sure I’ll ever hear from them or receive my items (on an order of $500 CAD). What a disappointment, and can’t in good faith recommend this company.
I went to pick up my order after purchasing with click and collect. I was told I had already picked up my order. I was told it was error free this system and they send a code which I also did not receive. They had no explanation where my order was and Chris told me to call customer and email. I did both of these and have not heard back. They are unresponsive. Disgraceful customer service and no accountability for a fault on there end and not contactable. I have brought from here many of times and will never be purchasing again and spreading the word of the awful customer service.
Vrg grl is my favourite brand!! Love the app and obviously all the clothes and regular drops. Can’t wait until the next collection!
Worst experience I had with an online retailer for a long time.
My package got lost in Australia and for more than one month, I did not get any final feedback on the status of my order. After my fifth mail to the customer support, I was told that usually they do not take responsibility on problems with the delivery. Insane, considering I paid over 70 AUD for delivery and customs and expected an insured order. As a "compensation" that usually they would not allow, they gave me a voucher for the order amount. However, as I do not want to order from Verge Girl again, I asked for a refund to my credit card. This request, once again was completely ignored by the customer service.
I do not recommend ordering from Verge Girl - catastrophic and not at all obliging customer service.
I never received my order! I spent hundreds on it and have emailed support several times over 2 weeks. They responded once with a tracking link but did not offer any help other than that. Absolute trash service and a scam.
I have returned a dress 2.5 weeks ago and they have not replied to any of my multiple emails about when I will be receiving a refund. Trying to rob me of over $100!!!
Even though I’m in the US, shipping is fairly quick. The pieces fit really good ( for reference I’m petite 5’1” and slim. Don’t need much tailor or adjustments. And love that they are not mass produced.
The clothes are pretty on the website but I had an issue with the delivery of my package and never received. I reached out to customer support and one week multiple emails and no response. Their customer service is horrible so will not be ordering from them ever again.
