We were looked after with Kate Emerson really well at the Teesside branch. She helped sort out all the paperwork that is needed to buy a new car really well as most of it is done over the internet and we are not very good with that side of technology.

My new car journey.
I bought my first mini 15 years ago from the same outlet and was delighted with it so I was rather reluctant to change but the whole experience at Vertu Mini Teeside was excellent 👍
From walking through the door we were greeted warmly by all the staff but particularly Eduard and Zain were supportive,encouraging and so very patient and all with a laugh and a smiling face👏
Zain was so helpful and knowledgeable and reassured me to go ahead and buy my new car .He could not have been more helpful and I’m reassured he will be available should we experience any queries we may have,
