Easy, enjoyable seamless experience
I had a great experience with Carl he made the whole thing easy and enjoyable. He even joined in our elaborate surprise for our three kids! I’m thrilled with my new car and couldn’t fault the service they really care and the check ins continue even after you’ve driven away.

All my dealings were with Ben Ray (sales executive) at Vertu Mini York. He was polite and helpful from the get go with no hard sell allowing me time to decide what I wanted without pressure. He has a good sense of humour, was very knowledgable and approachable and I was confident I was being valued as a customer. This is my seventh mini to date! The sales staff are always very helpful and take you through everything for a smooth hand over. The premises are clean and warm with a drinks machine and plenty of cars to view.

Honest review
We first went looking for a BMW in Harrogate, but the salesman was blunt, rude and we got the feeling he wasn't taking us seriously. We then travelled to York where Cameron invited us in to show what was available for used cars within the company. Whilst in there, we sat in a series 1 and we began talking figures. Cameron asked his boss Dan to join the conversation to agree between us what we wanted in the car, and how the PCP works. Coffee kept flowing and we felt we were in good hands and signed up. Another 3 weeks and it would have been a 26 plate, bit disappointing but the car is beautiful and just what we wanted. Big thanks to Cameron and Dan.

My experience has been great, Jack Foster at Vertu Renault york made the process so easy. Once I took the car home I noticed a couple of minor issues and Jack is helping to rectify these. Would 100% recommend them and of course Jack.

Couldn’t recommend enough!
Everything about the entire process of choosing, purchasing (via PCP) and getting my new car has been seamless. Shane Gough was very helpful, answering all my questions and not being at all pushy about a sale. He sent me a useful video of the car and guided me through what I needed to do after I had decided it was the one for me. Very easy to deal with and nice too.
Matt, who delivered the car, was also extremely on the ball and proactive in making sure the process was smooth. Cannot fault a single thing. Thank you!
