First class service!
From choosing the car to collection, I was given, what I would call, first class service.
Every question that I had about the car and the buying process, was dealt with in a polite and efficient manner.
Jean- Paul was the salesman that looked after me. I received constant updates on the progress of the car.
All the staff and the manager, Paul, were so kind and greeted me like I was their only customer. Having said that, I certainly wasn't the only customer, the dealership was full of customers viewing the cars.
We were allowed to peruse the cars at our leisure instead of being pestered constantly by sales personnel. However, when you needed assistance, it was readily available.
And finally, I absolutely love my new car. The model, the Symbioz, is an absolute dream to drive!! Win, win, situation!

Dan was excellent again he really looked after us and we got a great deal. This is the 8th Dacia we have had and are very happy with the cars we have had in the past and the good service and help from everyone they are all so friendly and you don’t feel pressured at all .

Renault bradford is just the best

Very unhappy with vertu took my car in…
Very unhappy with vertu took my car in today 20/ 2 /26 for Hand brake and jerking when I start car a run it in morning as I mentioned on the phone call as its was still under warranty. I got there signed car in this morning went to Huddersfield got a call back ask me for £140 so they can carry out the work i said no because its still under warranty the assistant on the call said it's what we charge as there's no lost to vertu this should of been mentioned when I got the warranty so in that case the warranty is not warranty unless you pay for up grade i so happy when I bought my car for a good price but wouldn't recommend going anybody

I was sent a video of a car I had shown…
I was sent a video of a car I had shown interest in which was new to me as not experienced this before.
I found this to be very informative and personal and was able to fully appreciate everything the car had to offer due to Stevens filming skills and all in the comfort of my own home!
I then arrange a test drive and prior to this I was made to feel comfortable and given time to go through what I needed along with being listened to.
I can not praise the staff enough and especially Steven who sold me the which I love!!
I can highly recommend this Nissan garage and will definitely feel comfortable suggesting to family/friends.

I have been looking to replace mu SUV for some time and visited a number of dealers for information and advice. It wasn’t until I visited Vertu in Bradford that I got a customer experience that none of the others had provided. It was professional, informative, helpful and without any irritating sales pressure I experienced elsewhere. It was a structured process , including advice on my options and a test drive of a model that suited my requirements and budget. Couldn’t fault the service I have received from start to finish, from Vertu Bradford especially from Jean-Claude and Richard, there was no pressure, no pushy sales talk. Assisted with my trade-in vehicle and reassured and kept me updated throughout the process. On collection day for my Megane, everything was straight forward no paperwork to sign just a couple off verification codes, fully shown around my new car and all settings. Would highly recommend
