Excellent personal service makes all the difference.
Personal service makes all the difference and Neil certainly goes the extra mile. We returned to this company for our new car because of the consistent assistance given us without undue pressure to purchase. Buying my second hand fiat 500
My experience with Vertu was excellent from beginning to end. My salesman, Harry Crockard, listened to my budget and criteria and stuck to it finding me exactly what I wanted. He didn't rush me and answered all of my questions patiently as well as those from my daughter and son in law. Harry made a stressful time really fun and i was thrilled to pick up my car with a red bow around it! I now feel safe and reassured driving my car knowing that I can turn to them should I experience any problems under the warranty.
When the time comes for me to change my car I will definitely return to Vertu where I know I'll be looked after.

Purchase of Toyota Corolla
Purchasing the vehicle was very easy from start to finish. The salesman was extremely helpful, kept me informed of any updates, and even came in on his day off to accommodate me.
The Cheltenham Vertu branch is easy to find and offers adequate parking. I would highly recommend this dealership, as the staff are friendly and very customer-focused.

From the initial enquiry with James Merriman in used sales, to the collection of our Ford Kuga, nothing was too much trouble or effort. Everything went to plan thanks to James and the Vertu team. We knew what model and spec we were after, and James took the time to listen to our requirements carefully and source us our dream car. Absolutely disgusting service!!!
After spending over £23k on a car with warranty I’ve been treated terribly.
I have a problem with the car and they refuse to fix it so say due to warranty protocol, what a joke it only needs a sensor.
They are refusing to fix the problem because the engine management light goes on and off. The car was scanned and the fault code identified for the sake of a £100 part and 10 minutes to fit they refuse to fix it. A multi million pound company that doesn’t want to fix their cars.
I would highly recommend you DONT buy anything from this rip off company.
