After Getting onto CEO, we are insured for Anglesy but to get to the facts has been unaccaptable and triggering of MH and their customer service is still rubbish. Review taking place (supposedly) Hope they allow their customer SERVICE agents to actually help the CUSTOMER Normally forgive and forget when a problem is fixed but not in this case it was so preventable and with proper Customer Service processes 'and 1*remains 😡

Bit of advice for anyone who has a Vertu car and paid for the extended warranty.
The AA cover does not cover Anglesey or indeed ANY British Island within the British 'ISLES'
North Scotland PERHAPS fair enough but dont squirrell it away like you are ashamed oh hang on ! and Ynys Mon ? How long is the bridge ? Luckily OCD and poor MH have their advantages ! What about young famillies that are strapped for cash and break down on holiday or How many Anglesey residents are driving around unawares sorry to be a bore and rant guys but would like all friends family and Vertu Customers making aware.

Excellent service from Dan Kidd
Excellent service from Dan Kidd. He clearly explained everything about the vehicle and took me on a test drive to see if it was the vehicle which I was happy with, he made sure I fully understood about the deal being done with the exchange of my current vehicle and the financial outlay.
He could not have been any more helpful and was so friendly in all aspects regarding his dealings with me right through to the handover and inspection along with instructions about the controls.
Would certainly recommend to other.

From my initial enquiry about a used VW Caddy, Vertu have been brilliant. The Sales Executive Alexandra treated us very well. She is a professional who knows how to look after customers .

Issue quickly resolved
Staff were very friendly and accommodating at Vertu Ford in Crewe. I did find that when I rang the dealership I was often left waiting for a call back because people weren't available, and on one occasion - when I was just ringing to check if the car was ready to be collected - I felt the receptionist should have been able to answer my question without trying to pass me on to someone else. After I bought the car I realised it had been sold with more miles on the clock than were on the paperwork, but when I rang up to complain this issue was quickly resolved, which I appreciated.

Whilst waiting for my 10yr old car to be serviced, I had a look at other vehicles, a nice young lady came over to me and asked me if she could help me , we got chatting about upgrading to a new vehicle, she asked me what I was looking for l said automatic car, showed me a car 24 plate, I said yes it’s lovely but don’t think I could afford it, she helped me out and explained that it wouldn’t cost much more than I’m already paying for the car being serviced, so now I’ve got a new car for just £10 more a month, than I’m already paying so it a great deal. Outstanding customer service & vehicle quality
The entire process was smooth and handled with exceptional customer service. Gabbie was excellent at every step leading to delivery, and on collection Darren gave an excellent demonstration of 'reading the room' and delivering prompt, yet precise service. This very same level of customer service was conducted after purchase too by Gabbie, which I feel is quite rare - particularly in sales - but such an approach bolsters consumer confidence, despite there being no issues from my side in this instance. This may not always be as effective, as each customer is different, but is an aspect I nonetheless feel has set Vertu Ford Crewe far and above other dealers based on my past experiences of purchasing vehicles.
Once the mid-life crisis of a single parent fades and I am snapped back into the reality of requiring a more sensible (for purposes) vehicle, there is no doubt where I will be heading - Vertu Ford Crewe. Thank you and all the best.

Scandalous post inspection valuation
Would be a one star rating based on my experience alone but the staff were all very nice thus they dragged the rating up to 2 stars.
Received a car valuation online which felt reasonable and £200 more than my Autotrader auction price. Post inspection, the offer dropped not by a few hundred pound but instead, over £2,000.
