Buying a new car is very worrying your…but Vertu made it so easy
Buying a new car is very worrying your spending a lot of money and don’t know what you are buying but Vertu made it a very comfortable as Dan Kidd who took us through the sale of the car was a lovely guy who explained everything from all the paperwork and online procedures brilliantly which made the buying process a more relaxed experience as I was very nervous as this was my first time buying a brand new vehicle. I was put at ease,as I was very anxious,changing from a manual car to a automatic!
Greg had patience and understanding,very friendly and gave me confidence on my test drives.
Greg answered my question s about the car, explained about the warranty covers you can take out after the 3 months warranty is up.,if you wish too.
Car was dropped off at my house, taking away more stress,even had insurance cover for a few days before I found my own.
Will be recommending to friends and family.
I am very happy with my new car .

Amazing service I was really nervous…
Amazing service I was really nervous after my car was written off and I needed a replacement quickly, I had such a supportive experience from Darren who explained everything and got the car I wanted ready as quickly as possible, he made sure I didn’t rush through the important things and I was so pleased we went back to find a car for our son too!

We had an excellent experience from start to finish with Ben at Vertu. He was very professional and efficient and kept us up to date with everything.
He explained the new car to us when we drove off and even followed it up with a call when we arrived home to check we were happy. Lovely car. Great service.

Very poor service from Ford Vertu Crewe
Had a car from the Crewe branch, Where the car has gone back to the workshop on 4 Separate occasions for the same fault only on the 4th occasion to find an issue with the something else to cause the issue, but the dealership seems to think that they wouldn't do this type of investigation on the 2nd 3rd time!!
Also they feel is a good practice to take a customer into a office with Two dealership colleagues to discuss something with no warning or notice. Not to mention the poor manner of the team.
To add the firm ask for more detail as seen in there response.
But fail to actually do anything
As promised . Not a very good customer based business.

New car deal
My deal had come to an end so I called Vertu Crewe. Josh who I spoke to was very helpful and on visiting the showroom talked through my options.
I decided on a new Puma. Same spec as my old car and the deal was great and easily sorted. I only waited 2 weeks for my new car to arrive and be ready for collection. Ben who sorted out my new car on arrival to collection was great kept me up to date throughout and sorted everything out on collection with my phone set up and Ford Pass and the additions to my new Puma ST line demonstrated and explained.
I have been going to the Crewe site Since 2011 and all of my cars and partners cars have been from them ever since. Great service and don’t think I would go anywhere else now.

The whole experience was second to none. I have purchased many cars and this was by far the best experience. Ben in Sales was informative and clear even when there were some small issues, he kept me up to date and most importantly to me, he was open and honest, no cover ups or hiding of the situation. Incompetent and deceitful
I initially sold my car to this dealership by auction through Motorway. I accepted £14,000 offer in good faith and awaited contact from dealer. No response so I chased up only to be told my vehicle failed H.P.I. check on mileage and dealer cancelled deal. When I contacted H.P.I. I was informed third party buyer had put incorrect mileage in. I eventually sold my car for over £800 less due to this incompetence and failure of this dealership to stick to an agreed deal. I contacted their customer services and was informed that C.E.O. monitors complaints. Outcome was basically tough luck.
Latest news Motorway blame Vertu and vertu refuse to respond further. Meanwhile I am £800 worse off.
No Further response from Vertu so dont believe their comments below, they have no answer for this incompetence.
