Value car purchase
From ringing and enquiring about a car I saw through autotrader and then onto there website, ford durham was great with my questions and passed it to morgan who helped me with these.
Paid a refundable reservation incase the car sold until I could view it, which I think is a fab idea as I was travelling further afield to view it.
Got call back from Morgan asking if there was anything I wanted him to focus on the car until I viewed it in person and videos of the car was then sent to me via txt.
Turned up for my appointment and was smooth sailing from there, viewed it, test drove, bought it.
Easy purchasing and smooth handover when collecting the car, jobs I asked to be rectified where done before collection all relevant documents recived.
Purchased from there value range which launched on the 1st April this year, and I think it's a great idea for people with smaller budgets like myself.
Car was brought upto standard through themselves before selling to customers to make them road worthy again and could totally tell this when testing and driving it home it's like brand new!
No pressure on the upsells which you can add on for very reasonable prices.
All around a great experience purchasing this car no pressure from Morgan on anything.
Would recommend this garage 👌.

Went into Ford Durham looking at a…
Went into Ford Durham looking at a certain car and from the off was met with Jess.
She was lovely and understanding of what I wanted in my new car and hit the ground running.
I had told her about my previous experience when looking at cars and how much of an awful experience I had.
Jess was completely different in every way way, she explained everything about the car and what different features it has. I was able to take my time and look around the car comfortably before taking it out for a test drive.
When we got back Jess sat down and made both my partner and I feel comfortable and discussed all options.
Jess talked through all the process and emails I was receiving, she kept me informed about the whole process right up until I drove away with the car.
Would definitely recommend both Jess and Ford Durham to anyone.
